Ayant essayé de nombreuses plateformes différentes pour l'intégration de mon SaaS, je trouve simplement que Product Fruits est le plus facile. La configuration était simple, et j'ai pu mettre en place un flux de travail d'intégration complet en moins d'une heure.
Le support était au point avec toutes les questions et cela fonctionne tout simplement. Honnêtement, je n'ai aucun problème à recommander ce produit à tout fondateur qui a du mal à mettre en place l'intégration pour sa plateforme.

A good and simple tool for creating tours, notices and announcements. A help button and a knowledge database are also integrated. The learning curve is very low so that you can quickly achieve results even without programming knowledge. The implementation and integeration ist easy. We use the core plan. Allow access to the knowledge database only from certain websites ist not possible. Certain articles are public, others may only be accessible if the call comes from a specific website. For us as small company is the boost plan to expensive and had features we never need. It must be said that the comprehensiveness is what drove me to try productfruits. To have both product tours,checklists, knowledge base, a feedback module, hints and more in 1 system. And they play so well together! The life ring allows you to search through the help articles & news integrated in the product page and that's perfect for my user retention & journeys.
I came from appcuess and they at least rival the editor functionalities to make product tours, targeting, cohorts etc...
The other requirement that's definitely met is the ease of use for non-technical people. I can have people from marketing & founders contribute with articles, news and even product tour edits because it's that straightforward once setup. Exactly what I needed.
