Over the last months and years, we as a company suddenly faced a wave of new regulation obligations (such as LkSG, CSRD, EU regulation on deforestation, and so on). Doing all of it manually simply is not possible, so we were looking for solution providers in that field. After doing some research we finally found osapiens. Different to many other companies, they are focusing heavily on product development instead of marketing promises so that we licensed a broad range of solutions from them. This allows us to only collaborate with one company, working in one user interface, working with one set of data – instead of working with several software providers at the same time.
Now, we are a couple of months in the business relationship and we are even more excited than within the sales process. The LkSG / Due Dillgence product is already up and running, executing an AI based risk assessment of our suppliers in real-time. Also, we started our CSRD efforts and are well on track. With the most business critical part, EUDR, we are on our way – the osapiens team is giving us great guidance on what we need to focus on. Außerdem wird durch die Automatisierung unterschiedlichster Prozesse die Arbeit erleichert und der Zeitaufwand extrem reduziert. Während des Projekts wird man von Anfang an bis zum "Go-Live" von einem Projektparnter betreut, der für alle Fragen zu erreichen ist. Darüber hinaus werden mit ihm Workshops durchgeführt, um alle eingebunden Mitarbeiter an das Tool heranzuführen. Auch über den "Go-Live" Termin hinaus kann der Projektpartner kontaktiert werden.

As every company, getting your data right can be a critical task. The team from osapiens explained us which data we really need and helped us to set up the SAP certified connector. Configuration and import was easy and will allow us to use it for new use cases later on.
Their LkSG/ due diligence tool provides an AI-based risk assessment for all suppliers. We avoid doing manual work and can focus on the high risk suppliers. Their workflow and questionnaire templates help to reach out to suppliers in an automated way. We now get an overview of any relevant news so we can stay ahead of the curve.

Le service et le soutien pendant l'intégration se sont très bien déroulés. Osapiens était très flexible pour prendre des rendez-vous. De plus, l'outil a été très bien expliqué et fourni avec des instructions. Cela a rendu très facile pour notre équipe d'adapter l'outil à nos besoins et de terminer le processus rapidement. L'outil est extrêmement convivial et est accompagné d'un manuel afin que vous puissiez toujours vous y référer si vous ne trouvez pas quelque chose. Certaines vues dans l'outil, en particulier les exports, pourraient encore être améliorées. Après avoir noté cela, un ticket a été ouvert immédiatement.
