I'm new in my role at Benefit Cosmetics and this is the first time I've used Itearble. I've found the tool to be incredible intuitive to learn and easy to use. I've also been very impressed by both the strategic partnership provided by Tracy, as well as the technical support provided by Julia and Rebecca. I would like to see more robust reporting capabilities in terms of email list growth. I would also like to have easier ways to review insights and results across projects - we have ~40 different projects running in Iterable, so it's very manual to get a full picture on email campaign performance across our many projects. Iterable is a great tool to create automated and trigger journeys. This allows us to communicate accurately by segmenting customers and timing of communications.
