I like almost everything in the CRM. The user interface which is easy to use and navigate. The email template builder which creates responsive email templates with in minutes using just drag and drop. The automations and workflows have made my life easier and which does everything automatically and the most important is their customer support which is highly responsive and ready to assist anytime.
