Leur support client est assez mauvais, ils ne savent pas gérer les requêtes de retard, et ils n'ont aucune connaissance sur la façon de gérer les clients. L'interface de Deel a également beaucoup de latence, donc ils doivent mettre à jour leur échéance de paiement et de services, car elle peut montrer quelque chose et le résultat sera complètement différent. De plus, leur façon de répondre est très générique, on a toujours l'impression de parler à une IA plutôt que d'avoir une conversation avec un véritable être humain. Une autre chose, j'aimerais que Deel soit comme Wise où vous pouvez garder votre argent aussi longtemps que vous le souhaitez, et ne pas avoir à le retirer dans un délai limité. la configuration du compte était assez simple, ce qui n'arrive pas dans d'autres systèmes de paie. J'aime aussi qu'il y ait une intégration avec Wise et que ce soit 0 $, de plus, contrairement à d'autres entreprises, ils sont vraiment transparents sur leurs délais de traitement (et apparemment votre argent est prêt même un peu avant le temps prévu, pas de retards). Le fait qu'ils m'aient envoyé mon argent si rapidement alors que ce n'était pas un jour de paiement me fait penser que le support client est fort dans cette entreprise. pas que je n'aimais pas quelque chose mais j'aimerais voir plus d'options de dépôt, je veux dire Wise est parfait mais j'aimerais éventuellement voir DolarApp par exemple. c'est cool qu'il y ait des options bitwallet, mais pour moi en particulier, le portefeuille Bitso serait idéal ou Swissquote pour investir directement mon argent. mais vous faites un travail incroyable. The best thing about Deel is the number of options in which one could get paid in, also the commission rates are the lowest I have seen compared to other platforms I have used in the past. I really like how easy it is to use, very simple and effective to implement payments. In some occasions you could even get paid earlier then the predetermined payment day. And the withdrawl option pays you in seconds which I have never seen in other platforms as far as payroll. The platform is well integrated and it has a good number of features as well as a lot of discounts with many online compoanies. I use it frecuently and never had any issues with not one payment, something i cannot say with other patforms. If any questions, their customer service replies very quickly and they effectively help you faster than expected given customer service most of the time take their time to even reply to any questions.
