Not intutive or user friendly; interface is very old looking, when you have candidates on multiple pages, it is VERY difficult to get thorugh all the pages. When you click 'next,' the screen goes blank or doesn't load. I have to get creative on how to view all the candidates or I have to completely leave the requisition altogether and go back in. The Kenexa assessments are a great way for any employer to hire the right candidates for the position. The cloud platform gives the employers access to 1000s of assessments for any position and a way to evaluate the candidates. The assessments are reasonably priced so a business of any size can use them. We have found the security assessment as a great way to prequalify candidates for classified positions. The tests do not count a slow browser against you and questions are rotated to avoid cheating. The individual questions are not timed (on the clerical and corrective proofreading tests) but the test itself is timed which was a unique feature in allowing candidates to self-monitor. By the way questions are so strangely worded, I don't know if it's an accurate representation of a proofreader's true abilities. The tests do not cover proofreading symbols or model the way a proofreader works. I could see some strong candidates being discounted because of their scores.
