It is hard to keep track on a massive scale. When you have more than 300 contacts, it is difficult to maintain. It just needs to be incorporated with a CRM, but once that is done, everything is smoother, though still not ideal. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
I really like using this in combination with zapier - specifically sending out an intro text message to new leads. Gives you the ability to send a personal text message.

I do not like how the mobile app does not allow for sending scheduled messages. I’ve also received feedback from clients who I’ve rolled out sales message for that the app doesn’t work.
