The application is very efficient at reaching customer base via text and email. Most customers prefer simple and streamlined methods of contact with an actual person, should they have any questions instead of a bot with generic responses. Very personable. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
If you are on a time frame with product launches, make sure that you register the business profile and have text compliancy done as soon as possible prior to sneding out campaigns or using the application as the turn over time frame is not ideal at all. There are multiple steps involved in the proccess.
In order to send MMS messages you must have photo sizes modified to send.
The Salesmsg Application for phones is ok, does need a bit of tweaking with the interface to be able to access the website directly so you don't have to toggle between the desktop and app to use certain features.
Customer Support is unavailiable during the weekends unfortunately and there are alot of articles to read to understand the features you can use.

What I like about Salesmsg is that it's fairly easy to integrate with HubSpot and send out automated messages within workflows. However, I think Salesmsg could be a little better at adding more optionality with it's integration into HubSpot. Allowing you to see full on campaigns, providing certain options for If/Then workflows and more. Also, I think the UX is a little too simplified. Sometimes its hard to track messages and I don't see conversations in the order of last messaged which can make it difficult to find conversations when you have 1000's of them.
