Rippling is very help in guiding you along every process from individual state set up to payroll to HR and employee guidance. For a fully remote team, managing all of the state set up can be overwhelming, but Rippling handles this the best out of any platform I have used. It provides clear and concise directions and the screen flow is very logical. Over the past two years on Rippling I have had to use customer service help a few times, and they have always been quick to respond with a solution.
