Rippling is easy to use, never has any hiccups or delays, and allows me to check my paycheck history, while also putting in for time off in an easy and clear way! As happy as I was about being selected at xAI as a full-time employee (remote worker from India), I was equally anxious about how the salary documentation, taxation, time-offs, etc. would be managed as I didn't have any similar previous experience. While there is nothing considerable that I dislike in particular, I felt that under the yearly holidays, some of the official holidays that are celebrated in India are not given on the list for example, the Eid holidays for 2025 are missing while they are not falling entirely on weekends. I find Rippling to be an intuitive portal for all things HR, payment + tax forms, time off, approvals, employment doc verification, device management. I am easily able to create reports and see details about and links to my benefit providers. It is the source of truth for our company's org chart. Rippling is very user-friendly for payroll. Their support is very prompt in their responses which is very helpful when dealing with payroll and employees. The UI is very intuitive and if I have any questions, their Help Center docs usually answer any questions I have. As a payroll processor, I use Rippling daily.
