What I like best abut Rippling is how it can be easy to navigate. I also appreciate the email notifiaction and alert banners that appear in app when information needs to be updated for example, like duirng open enrollemnt. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
While it can be easy to navigate, it can also be a bit confusing to move around the platform. For instance, it was hard to see and to know that I was suppose to click on the "next" button all the way on the bottom of my screen. I had to coordiante with HR for instractions and then found out it was just a button I had to click on that didn't appear on my screen until I scrolled down. The most helpful thing I liked about rippling is it's easy to use and provides up-to-date features which are really helpful in making things smoother, ease of implementation was not so easy as we have to move from different provider in between the payroll year, I have been using rippling quite a few times in a week just to check work space statuses. The downside i found is it becomes really messy if you have to log in to the website as you have to look for specific canadian website otherwise it'll take you to US site, I really feel that customer support is not as much good as it was before with other provider as they have calling option but rippling does not provide that. While Rippling’s customer support is always responsive and accommodating, I’ve noticed that they don’t always have the most accurate information right away. Hope we can personalize the color or upload like a background. it makes it more pleasing to the eye. I use it a lot on everyday use. I absolutely love using Rippling! One thing I really like is how easy it is to track time and edit timecards. It’s very straightforward, which makes the whole process a lot less stressful. Adjusting hours and reviewing time entries is just a breeze.
Another huge benefit is the mobile app. I can access everything I need when I’m away from my desk. It's pretty convenient since I am able to manage time, check reports, or even make quick updates from my phone.

I find the platform super easy to use but one thing I don’t like is when it times out, and I have to go through the authenticator process again.
