I like to create automations on the platform for reminders etc. Every time we need assistance, we always reach out to to the CS team and they are always available to help us out. That for people registered in another country, setting up their bank account and getting it verified is very tricky and usually takes a while. I like how it is not an overwhelming software to use and very user friendly. I used to use ADP at previous jobs, and I always found it difficult to navigate, but this is the first time I use Rippling, and I love it so far! There’s little to dislike, but occasional navigation issues can arise when exploring less frequently used features. Some advanced customizations require a learning curve. As of recently, I have started using Rippling with a company I started working with last month. This is the easiest straightforward payroll system that doesn't seem to have many issues if any at all compared to their competitors, such as something like ADP. I am able to get all of my financial records and information from them easily, and signing in is also really easy and simple. I have had issues with other companies or payroll systems that do not function as well as this one. I never have issues logging in. When I used other platforms similar to this one, I would have to contact my manager to get into the app more times than not, because it would say that my password wasn't correct, even though it absolutely was. I have not had any issues with Rippling on that kind of issue!! So far, Rippling is awesome! I thoroughly like the set up of things and how easy it is to access my financial information, as well as access to the system itself. Thank you to the Rippling team! in April of 2024, it was very difficult to reset my password.

Whenever I tried resetting it the new password I just set did not let me log in. Eventually it locked me out of my account for 48 hours, and I really needed access at that point. It was really a technical glitch because I know I was using the correct password (I had just reset it) but it never accepted the new password I created.

I just did this again in 2025, and did not have the same problem. But when it happened in 2024, it was a big problem I was frustrated for sure as it was just a glitch but locked me out of my account. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

The removal of the Chrome plugin was disappointing, as it was a useful feature. Downloading the entire org chart is a little clunky and could be improved I think. Lastly would be nice to interact with your HSA from the mobile app. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

Rippling's quick and crisp responses to my concerns are always a big thing to cheer for. Their tech support is just to the point and always eager to resolve the user issues. While Rippling is prompt in action but one area of opportunity could be introducing a SPOC(single point of contact) so that urgent issues can be resolved by just dialing a call to a number. Basically by introducing a customer care service which can be contacted on phone can be a great deal to introduce. The biggest drawback of Rippling is its lack of automated SMS reminders for employees to submit their timecards. Since our team works varying schedules and frequently fills in for others, automatic timecards aren’t an option. Employees are required to submit their timecards every Sunday before payday on Friday, but they often forget, leaving me to follow up manually on Monday to ensure submissions are completed for approval. This process is time-consuming. An automated SMS reminder for employees who haven’t submitted their timecards, along with an option for me as a manager to send push notifications via SMS and email, would significantly improve the experience.
