Fast and easy to implement. Fast and easy to administer and use. Implementation is self-performed, but with excellent support and guidance from your Justworks assigned onboarding specialist. OY, la lista es larga aquí. Justworks es muy básico en cuanto a funcionalidad y proceso. Es extremadamente limitante y crea más trabajo para los jefes de departamentos pequeños. Si eres una empresa muy pequeña <10 personas, creo que no sería un gran problema. Los documentos de cumplimiento no están integrados, e-verify no está integrado, los informes son limitados, los administradores tienen acceso limitado. Si has utilizado sistemas HRIS más robustos en el pasado, probablemente te sentirás decepcionado. El soporte al cliente es probablemente lo más decepcionante de todo. I love how it is a all-in-one solution for all my HR needs. I quickly learned how to use it with no training needed. It is so easy to navigate and I love the modern UI. It is a seamless process to login and find my benefits, W-2 docs, paystubs, and 401k. I have used a few different systems and this one is by far my favorite.
