I feel there is time management layers missing, not really being able to track each person on the job with the same product is crazy. Instead to be able to track teams they have to clock in on another platform.

They double billed me for 4 months and I never got a refund. They claimed it was completely erroneous on their end but still did nothing to resolve it. Finally closed my cards. They kept calling asking what happened and why did I cancel. Then they got sued for robo dialing people unsolicited. Now, they are back to calling me unsolicited and its gotten to the point where I answer and ask who it is and cuss them out and just hang out. Difficult to use app, impractical booking system. High cost. We found better features in a lower cost competitor.
