I am a big fan of iLobby as I get immediate notifications when my visitors arrive via Phone Text and Email. iLobby allows for the exact functionality we are looking for with visitor sign-in and alerting to the person being visited by multiple methods. While also allowing for the expansion into more options like emergency OS which can be very helpful for a production facility. The support that you receive to troubleshoot problems is quick and knowledeable, but most of the time its so simple to use youll figure it out anyways before they have to for you. iLobby has been a great tool in tracking guests coming onsite. Its nice being able to customize questions for the different types of guests. We were also able add a QR code to help with large groups to sign in and that has been a tremendous help. Our contact, Zach, has been an amazing guide with our requests and questions. The iLobby visitor management system, out of the box, is easy to use, navigate and implement. It integrates with various background checks to validate the guests from a security perspective. The customer support is fantastic. Most integrations require working with the technical team at iLobby, but I have had good success with this. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
If you want to do things that are not out of the box, it can be very limited. For example, questions can not be conditional on other questions. This can be a challenge.
