The system is easy to learn and easy to. Employees have no problem loging in and tracking their time. It is easy to look up employee information, track hours and adjust times as needed. Employees of all ages and backgrounds have seemed to learn the system quickly. Very rarly is there a problem with an employee clocking in or trying to access their paystubs. The system is easy to use and easy to navigate. It seems like everything is spelled out. Its easy to clock in for the stsart of the shift and clock in and out for meal breaks. Looking up pay history and making changes to taxes or employee information is pretty simple as well.
Compared to other platforms, Epay seems pretty simple to get use to and input information or make changes. The more you work with it the easier it gets. I use it on a daily basis for time keeping and have no complains this far.
The fact that the system could be downloaded onto an employees phone to allow them to clock in and out from their phone adds convience to the user. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
There's not a whole lot at this time that I would disagree with. The system works great for what Atalian uses it for. There are times that the system may slow down but I'm sure that is due to our internet connection. At times employees forget their user name or password and that could cause some confusion. As far as anything goes involving Epay there are no major concerns.
My only problem, with the system, is the limitations of my company. Not being able to see full details is an inconvenience at times. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
