Great in concept, when it works it is wonderful, but is difficult to get it to the point where it operates the way we need it to. Not an easy software to learn either, there are many checks and links that are available throughout the software that have downstream impact on the rest of the process. Changes are difficult to make happen, customer service tries their best but cannot solve all issues. Implementation team was helpful and eager to please but seemed overwhelmed at times. Ceridian Dayforce is a phenomenal program that allows employees to access paystubs and wage information from the beginning of their tenure at said company (assuming that company had Ceridian Dayforce at the start). I've been trying to buy a house and I've had to submit paystub after paystub and instead of bothering my employer about it I could easily check cDayforce and get my paystubs from there. Furthermore their app is super intuitive to use and allows me to check my sick time accumulation, how many hours I've worked for the week and even how many hours I'm scheduled for the week. I use the app daily because it just makes my life so easy. Furthermore, the app allows me to see my pay before my paydate (I get paid bi weekly on Friday) so I can plan for the future! They recently removed the clock-in/ clock-out feature which can be a little frustrating when I'm already ready to work in my seat and I have to walk back to the clock, but that might not be Dayforce's fault but actually, my company decided to take it out. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
