We are a multi-national company with employees in both Canada and the US. The system works seamlessly for both US and Canada. The best part about Dayforce is the fully integrated system. I have used a number of "fully integrated" systems in the past that weren't actually integrated at all. With Dayforce, you are getting the total package. With WFM, HCM and Payroll. The software itself is not as visibly appealing as other software's such as Workday. In addition, I dislike that some of the features only work with Silverlight. The calendar view is helpful. You’re also able to add comments to a time-off request. There are many options to choose from: Sick, Personal, Vacation, etc depending on your company’s structure for time-off. If you’re off during a bank holiday, it won’t subtract hours from your vacation time for that holiday. You can also access pay statements and health benefits easily.
