Easy to use Ticketing System is the good point in Cryotos. Easy to learn. Easy to Teach everyone about it. PC and Android integration is the very good part. Implementation is good in Cryotos we can implement on every IT enviournment. Customer support is good and supportive in Case of Application downtime. We use this app frequently. There are very least things that i dislike about cryotos. But one thing is very annoying which is asset management. Suppose we have 3 Different Locations and this application does not show you only single location. It shows you all the assets in all location.
