The overhaul to the support section was a great improvement as it was challenging to weed through in the past. Because Sprinklr can do SO MUCH, its interface is often overwhelming and if you only have a basic knowledge of the platform it makes building things challenging. Even the extensive training is almost too much and unfortunately the information escapes the brain before it's put into action.

I like some of the customizable features that can be tweaked to the user's preference. This helps gear the products towards our specific business needs, whether it being marketing or customer service. My favorite part of Sprinklr is the organized layout of it. I started using Sprinklr two years ago when I first started my job at mcgarrybowen, and no one had taught me how to use it. It was simple enough that I was able to log on, and figure things out for myself. I had used other social listening tools before, but Sprinklr is by far the best one because of how simple and organized it is.
