Our team enjoys the segmented nature of creating chat rooms for each client. It's a simple thing but has helped us a ton! It also helps us keep track of time for each client which has saved us so much money and allows us the opportunity to scale appropriately with clients. Noch neu in der Nutzung von Hive, aber es war sehr hilfreich. Ich liebe die Möglichkeit, meine To-Do-Liste in meinem eigenen Tab zu visualisieren sowie einen Blick darauf zu werfen, was das gesamte Team macht. Farbkodierung hilft auch bei der Visualisierung von Aufgaben. Hive ist ein großartiger Ort, um Feedback zu kommunizieren und Fortschritte bei Projekten zu teilen. Hive makes project management and communication simple. If we hadn't had Hive in place pre-COVID, I'm not sure we would have kept our efficiency up, as well as our ability to communicate and collaborate. Ich liebe es, dass ich in der Lage bin, schnelle Aktionskarten für alle Ad-hoc-Anfragen zu erstellen, die wir erhalten, während ich dennoch eine konsistente Abdeckung für wiederkehrende Aufgaben habe. Einfach auf der Plattform zu navigieren und es dauert sehr wenig Zeit, neue Teammitglieder darin zu schulen, wie man sie benutzt. Außerdem liebe ich die Möglichkeit, Projekte, die mehrere Schritte haben, auf eine saubere und leicht nachvollziehbare Weise weiter aufzuschlüsseln. Es könnte etwas einfacher sein, erledigte Aufgaben durch eine Tabellenansicht zu sortieren. Auch die allgemeinen Ansichtsoptionen könnten insgesamt etwas einfacher zu navigieren sein. Schließlich wäre es schön, Follower zu einer Aktionskarte hinzufügen zu können, ohne sie zuweisen und dann aus der Aufgabe entfernen zu müssen. Ich sehe die Option, selbst einer Aufgabe zu folgen, würde aber gerne andere Manager hinzufügen, damit sie einer Aufgabe folgen können, die jemand anderem zugewiesen wurde, damit sie wissen, dass sie bereits zugewiesen und zur Aufgabenliste hinzugefügt wurde.
