So every time the HR would post an assignment for us to watch or work through, I would get a Slack notification and would know to go and complete it. The organising of content was too messy. There are just tabs on the dashboard and I struggle to find content that I am looking for. Another challenge is that once you start watching a video for an assignment, the assignment is marked as completed. So the program doesn't really care if you actually finished the video. I really like that sepcific programs can be accessable at all times so you can use your downtime to continue learning more about your position, company, or new ways of working.

The lack of sort function on its analytics can be a disadvantage to admin users. And the removal of the customization of scores for multiple correct answers in the assessment is a turn off. If I assign a course or assessment to a list of people, it doesn't have an admin feature on who hasn't taken the course/assessment so I can easily follow up.
