TalentLMS provides a solid foundation in managing employee and external registrations. I use TalentLMS everyday. The ease of navigation is self explanatory and the ease of implementation is a simple click process. The homepage is like an executive report, providing a high level overview of training, logins, completions over specified periods. When following up on learners, the option of mass emails directly from the platform is an excellent tool for quick and easy communication. The reporting can be customized according to my needs. There are so many features from course store, branches, groups and many integrations to 3rd party applications. Automatic reregistrations are useful when setting certification expiry dates, learners are auto assigned to do the course again to achieve a valid certificate. There are so many useful course store modules. I struggle to use the course store modules to add it to a bigger course made up of several modules. It would be great if we can add specific catelogue modules to make up a customized course.

I would like to create a custom training register and with one click of a button, to generate individual training registers with all training assigned to that individual. At present, I need to generate a training reister for bulk learners and then need to break each one down into seprate registers and or create a custom training register per employee, which is not ideal as I would need close to 300 custom report registers. Kürzlich haben sie die KI-Funktionen hinzugefügt, die Ihnen helfen, Texte zu schreiben, Bilder zu generieren und sogar ganze Kurse zu erstellen. Wenn das Thema allgemein und leicht zugänglich für die Öffentlichkeit ist, leistet es ziemlich gute Arbeit. In Fällen, in denen es sich um etwas handelt, das unternehmensspezifisch ist, kann es hier und da Fehler machen, aber man kann immer noch die Gesamtstruktur der Einheit nutzen, die eine ziemlich gute Inspiration (und einen guten Ausgangspunkt) bietet, wie man seine zukünftigen Kurse gestalten möchte. The new user interface is user-friendly and easy to use. We especially like the AI integration which saves a lot of work when creating content for the courses. TalentCraft, das der KI-Helfer bei der Inhaltserstellung ist, ist wirklich sehr nett. Nicht nur für den Inhalt, sondern um den eigenen Inhalt ansprechender zu gestalten, da es die Fähigkeit bietet, eine Trainings-Webseiten-Stil zu erstellen, anstatt einer leeren Seite mit nur einem Video, weiter, lesen, weiter, usw. Es ist interaktiver. Es machte unseren Umzug etwas länger, obwohl immer noch ziemlich einfach, während der Implementierung, aber das Ergebnis danach war so lohnenswert und verbesserte unser internes Training mit unserem Team um 1000%. Dass einige Funktionen noch nicht von der alten Version auf die neue Version übertragen wurden, wie die Fortschrittsverfolgung und der Zugang zu Tests und Umfragen, was dazu führt, dass unser Team den ganzen Tag von einer Version zur anderen wechseln muss, je nachdem, welche Aufgaben wir darauf erledigen müssen. The support via email can takes to long at times ot be answered and resolved. Also it needs ot be mre localised for Africa as an exapmple include some local currencies such as the South African ZAR. it helps that we can display cost in a local currency to attract more participants. The interface is not only easy to use from and admin and trainer perspective, but the new user interface for the end user is fantastic. The wide variety of content types is also a plus, and the new talentcraft unit type is a game changer! It really allows us to put out modern looking training that our users enjoy! Talent LMS has been a great product overall and we highly reccomend it. One small thing that we have had to find a workaround for is when courses expire and the learners has not completed the course, it locks them out. From our perspective we would love the option to let the learner keep access, but we would be able to report that they just did not complete the course by the expiration "due date". Manchmal kann es den Anschein haben, dass die First-Line-Support-/Account-Manager das Produkt nicht so gut kennen, wie man es erwarten würde, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Fähigkeit, seine Funktionalität zu erklären. Das soll nicht heißen, dass der Support nicht gut ist, was er größtenteils ist.

Es wäre gut, wenn mehr Entwicklung/Überlegung in echte Lernpfade investiert würde, die Möglichkeit, Lernpfade basierend auf Rollen/Fähigkeiten zu definieren, wäre hilfreich.

Die neue Benutzeroberfläche ist erstaunlich, aber es gibt einige Seiten, die man jetzt nicht mehr auf einem mobilen Gerät nutzen kann, die man vorher nutzen konnte, was einen dazu zwingt, einen Desktop-Computer zu verwenden, was im Jahr 2024 etwas kontraproduktiv erscheint. As a not for profit the value for money is amazing. We train all of our staff through this platform and manager in person compliance training too.
