After sending out our NYE campaign - things went downhill. This was our first send, so obviously, metrics would be a bit low. They suspended my account before even completing the send and told me there would be no refund. When I reached out to understand why, they told me they couldn't tell why my account was deactivated and would not refund my payment. I went back and forth with the rep, but no luck.

Mind you, I've never had any issues like this on any other platform. We work hard to collect our emails and have never been flagged for violating any terms.

I run my small business on the side and do all I can to grow it. I'm not saying there wasn't a potential issue with the send. I should have broken the list into chunks, completed a test campaign, etc. I know all of that. But, as a small business owner, I don't always have time for all that, and every dollar counts. 0 explanation of what terms were violated and no refund is disgusting. If they wanted to help businesses scale, they would provide a breakdown of what happened and provide at least a partial refund for the emails that weren't sent. Instead, they tasked the poor CS rep to keep putting me into a dead-end.

There are some actions that are difficult to understand how to do - for example, change the color of the email, there are actions/buttons that are very similiar and sometimes we have difficulty to know which of them is the correct. Very intuitive and easy to use and to implement. I use automations to create customer loyalty. The process is very intuitive and allows me to choose from many options, which permits me to automatically segment the audience. New subscribers open the newsletters many times and click on them to learn more about all the content. I had some problems understanding some settings but the customer service was very quick to help me solve them. The regular campaigns provide me with very comprehensive statistics of the results and I can really understand the success of a mailing.

Graphic builder it's powerful and easy, I can really create what I have in my mind with few clics!

I had problems with the platform to authenticate the domain. It asked us to authenticate again after the time we had approved for authentication. Also, in the beginning we were suspended several times for sending emails out of policy, but Brevo should not stop sending campaigns if the user is not using the platform correctly.
