Very difficult to set up/get benefit from without hiring outside consulting to assist (additional cost outside of product cost)
I like that everything is done in one system . Applications can be shared with the client and completed and signed all at once. I especially like the esignature feature and that documents are automatically emailed to you once they are signed.
It makes my client use a passcode that I am not aware of and often get calls back asking for the passcode. I do not like that it does not direct the client to scroll all the way to the bottom to submit. They think once they hit done on the signature that...
