AZ really helped us get a handle on our incoming leads, but where it was especially helpful was getting a handle on our chaotic service requests. The program we were using just wasn't designed to handle our servicing issues like AZ. Currently, with AZ they have support staff that can help with questions and issues. The thing I dislike about this. If i am chatting with one rep about a topic and try to get help in a different chat on the same topic you cannot do that. The topic needs to stay with the one rep.
