I like Office Ally because you can tailor your claims by building templates of the most common procedures and diagnoses that are used in the clinic.

Long delays in file uploads, confirmations, and summary rejections. Setting up each account and payer can be cumbersome and take too long. Configurations are not easy to manipulate or adjust to meet the needs of many unique network providers.
