CompAnalyst is a great tool - especially when you have limited funds available for surveys. It is my go-to when market pricing jobs. Other survey providers require the purchase of individual job families. This gets expensive.

Cumberson process to get information on salaries. Requires a lot of forms to be completed. You have to disclose alot of personal information that they use in their salary surveys.
