We are currently in the process of adopting Salary.com and have moved from a direct competitor. We have experienced exceptional customer service and patience through the implementation process. We are also happy with the posting data information provided. As of now the program has been extremely easy to utilize and been a great tool for salary information. As of now things have been smooth. I would have liked to see the demo of the product to be more interactive and a "guided" use as it was a little overwhelming during the demo. Despite that I would still recommend any colleagues in need of salary information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a fantastic resource for anyone seeking reliable and accurate compensation data. Its intuitive platform offers a wealth of tools that help users understand market trends, benchmark salaries, and make informed career or business decisions.
One of the standout features that I like is customizable reports, which provide detailed insights tailored to specific industries, roles, and locations. Whether you’re an HR professional conducting salary benchmarking or an individual negotiating a raise, the data is always comprehensive and easy to digest.
I also appreciate the platform’s user-friendly interface, which makes navigating the wealth of information straightforward. The salary wizard, in particular, is an excellent tool for quickly accessing job-specific pay ranges.
Additionally, Salary.com goes beyond just numbers— the cost-of-living calculator adds immense value to users.
Overall, Salary.com is a trusted resource for anyone interested in compensation trends and pay equity. And I loved the contact with Kaitlin!!

You can easily access accurate and up-to-date salary information. This powerful tool offers us a variety of helpful features that will greatly benefit how we post jobs to attract potential candidates for hire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We partnered just over a year ago. We haven't found anything yet to dislike about salary.com Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Salary.com has been most helpful with external benchmarking. This is invaluable in making sure the company is meeting the market in the area of compensation. Many of the new features and capabilities help with building a business case & drive effective conversations with managers and leaders about compensation. Additionally, the company's adopted tool CompAnalayst is easy to use.
I cannot say enough about Sari Reyes our Customer Success Manager. She has taken the time to learn our business and recommend solutions that match where we are & can growth with the company. She responds each time I reach out to her with a question on a existing or new product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The features seem to operate independent of one another. For smaller organizations, it would be very helpful to be able to build the system in stages to match the growth and needs of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very easy to search jobs and adjust the salary factors once you find the job. I enjoy that there are usually multiple levels for each job to choose from and the descriptions help us match our positions to the ones in the database. I also enjoy being able to build our company jobs so they are easier to reference in the future. The system was very easy to learn and the reps did a good job getting us set up and rolling. The biggest downside is how many clicks you have to go through to get a job created, and the system can be kind of slow to load during this process. There are also a lof of ads that pop up, and not just when I log in. It seems as soon as I snooze one for 30 days theres another queued up behind it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used salary.com for several years. The platform was recommended by a former client of mine in the casino industry. The CompAnalyst product covers the U.S. and one can drill down to a zip code for geographic conpensation data. There are many, many industries included in this survey. I have used this product for several clients in different industries. This product is easy to use and has a great help center included.
I would definitely recommend the product to an HR consultant or any HR Compensation Professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although CompAnalyst is a very good product, I do not recommend Compdata if your company needs to drill down into a specific area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the platform enlisting a broad range of positions with real-time data, along with the ability to customize your data scopes that make sense for your purpose. Customer support has been very responsive and supportive as I've navigated some position scopes with uncertainity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm on my second year of using it and still feel like I'm not fully familiar with and maximizing it's capabilities. The 1:1 you receive at the start is a bit overwhelming. It would be more helpful to have the new user work through a few video tutorials before utlizing their 1:1 training with a rep. The initial training is kinda like drinking from a firehose, and now that I've been in the system, I should probably schedule a session to look at things beyond what I'm currently using it for.
The constant sales pop ups are annoying. If I'm paying for a product, I should not have to be continually hasselled through pop ups as I'm trying to use what I pay for. Please find another way to communicate those things that aren't interferring w/ the paid user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that for the most part it's user friendly. However, I think it could be more intuitive. I found that the customer support is pretty good, their turn around time is a day or less shich is great. I enjoy that Salary.com has a lot f useful features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have found that some jobs have been sunsetted or are no longer available from one year to the next but there is no notification and you spend a lot of time looking for a job you know was there because its in some of your earlier analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall i was very dissappointed and there isn't anything I can honestly say that I liked about salary.com Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer success manager. They are an extension of the sales team and are not interested in customer success, only renewals. We were contacted about renewing our contract. The product we had subscribed to didn't have the compensation information about government employees as we had been told it would and no longer needed the subscription for our work. We were contacted prior to the contract renewal date and asked about extended renewal options. When we responded and let them know we would not be renewing we were told we had missed the cancelation deadline and couldn't cancel. We were told that shareholders wouldn't allow them to not honor the contract. When asked to talk to a manager, were told the manager had already reviewed the situation and they had no leeway in canceling the contract. Very disengenous and only interested in upselling. It is our responsiblity to monitor the terms of the contract but be warned, they don't take into consideration customer relations or the fact that you are small company with limited resource. Selling is their #1 priority not customer service. Also, if you are looking for government compensation information, they don't have it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The team at Salary.com is incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions I had. Rowena, in particular, stands out for her kindness and willingness to take the time to assist thoroughly. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it a great resource, it is easy to implement. Additionally, the emailed tips on various topics are both informative and practical, providing valuable insights. Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this point I have not found a feature yet that I was displeased with. I just have to find more time to use it more frequently that I already do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
