MRI provides a bunch of different solutions for all aspects of property management. If there is something that does not work particularly well within their software, they allow for an API connection to other softwares.
As a client, the following is frustrating: 1.) Not able to attach statements to emails (statements are stored on MRI server with a link). This requires manual downloading and is labour intensive. (I believe MRI claim that this is a limitation due to email...
I love the ease of access of yardi and the real time updating. Yardi has been my favorite property management software thus far.
The search feature is terrible and brings up no results. The software is ugly and times out way too fast. I have to refresh all the time and it times out everytime I have a resident that needs something it seems. It also makes me reset my password way too...
