**What do you like best about Entrata?**

I find Entrata to be a robust platform with a ton of native reporting available, which is really useful. I really like that residents can pay rent directly, place work orders, see and sign documents through it. The capabilities it offers, such as the reporting, are exactly what we wanted to see, and it had been a major factor in our decision to switch from Appfolio. The initial setup was great, and everyone at Entrata has been so nice.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

As it's grown, it has gotten a tad byzantine. It's hard to find any one person at Entrata that can answer questions, and the help desk platform, while much improved, still leaves a lot to be desired. It's often hard to find support articles for specific questions. For example, I once wanted to find out where to upload our company logo, and in what format/size, etc., and it took me months to find someone that could help me, as there was no support for it, and several staffers I asked couldn't tell me.

**What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Entrata for CRM, accounting, maintenance, and overall management of thousands of units. It's robust with native reporting, allowing residents to pay rent, place work orders, and sign documents.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

What I like best about Entrata is that it keeps all property management and accounting tasks in one system and is easy to use. It helps make processes like invoice posting, journal entries, and bank reconciliation faster and more efficient, while providing real-time financial data and helpful reports.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

As I am from the accounts department, I would like to suggest reviewing the vendor access facility, as there have been instances where vendors processed invoices incorrectly against the PO.

Entrata helps manage accounting and property tasks in one system, which saves time and improves efficiency. However, it can sometimes be slow, and different modules could be more standardized. Also, vendor access should be reviewed to prevent incorrect PO and invoice processing.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

Entrata is very user friendly once you understand the layout, and it keeps everything centralized in one platform. I like that leasing, resident accounts, work orders, and reporting are all integrated, which makes day to day property management much more efficient. The reporting tools are especially helpful for tracking occupancy, delinquency, and leasing performance. It also makes communication and documentation easy to reference, which helps keep our team organized and accountable.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

As a leasing agent who uses Entrata every day, it can sometimes feel a little slow or require more clicks than necessary to complete simple tasks. During busy seasons when I’m working with multiple prospects at once, switching between tabs and screens can slow me down. It also takes time to fully learn where everything is located, so there’s a learning curve for new team members. Overall it works well, but streamlining a few common leasing functions would make it even more efficient.

Entrata is solving the problem of having leasing, resident management, and reporting spread across multiple systems. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, emails, and separate platforms, everything is centralized in one place. This helps reduce miscommunication, keeps prospect and resident information organized, and allows me to quickly access applications, lease documents, and payment details.

As a leasing agent, this benefits me by saving time and helping me stay organized during busy leasing seasons. I can easily track follow ups, monitor application progress, and view availability in real time, which makes the leasing process smoother for both me and the prospect.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

I like Entrata because it's easy and simple to use, and once you learn the processes and procedures, it's not complicated and goes pretty fast. I use it for work, and I appreciate that I can run reports quickly and see everything exactly as I need. It resolves any communication issues because everything is documented. Entrata is easy to learn and understand, much clearer than other interfaces in leasing. I find the quick accessibility and organization of the site valuable, as everything is organized exactly where you need it, with tabs for residents, leads, maintenance, and reports. You don't have to search for anything, which makes things so much easier. The initial setup was simple, with management just giving me access.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

I don't like that in the application process, if there's an unknown character or a phone number that's too long in the guarantor's application, it won't let us generate the lease agreement. I wish it would flag it when the applicant is adding that. It's especially problematic since we deal with a lot of international students, and it doesn't work all the way, causing more technical difficulties. Then we have to search down what the problem is.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

I like how Entrata makes it easy to ensure that residents' work orders are completed in a timely manner. Without it, we would probably be lost and not know what work orders residents want, and we could fall behind. It helps us keep control of our daily tasks and accomplish our jobs and maintenance efficiently. Additionally, it was easy to download on our phones and computers, with no issues and straightforward setup.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

Probably emergency calls, if we had emergencies. We can get emergency calls direct phone number.

**What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Entrata for maintenance, helping solve issues for residents. It ensures work orders are done on time, keeping us on top of tasks. Without it, we'd lose track of resident requests and fall behind.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

Entrata recently adjusted their guest cards to automatically opt prospects in for text messaging which has been a HUGE help. Also, their Digital Marketing Bundle has saved my team 21 hours per person per month (84 hours total). Amazing!

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

In email campaigns, Entrata has an AI feature to help with mass emails. However, the AI doesn’t use Entrata’s merge fields so you need to delete the AI attempts at merge fields and replace with Entrata’s, creating concern over using AI at all until fixed as it hurts the brand to miss an edit 

**What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Entrata dashbord provides an all-in solution to organizing our on-site team's day-to-day and helping our corporate team have a great snapshot of what is going on at the property and how to best aid our teams. This has allowed for a reduction of calls and emails as everything is easily accesible.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

I really like how with Entrata, everything lives together in one place, making it easy to follow up and follow along with residents. The emailing feature and the handling of financials and maintenance requests are standout aspects for me. The whole company can have eyes on a resident at any time, knowing where something is sitting, pending, or has been requested. Entrata is more user-friendly, can do more, and offers more automated emails and templates, which is great for our needs. The initial setup was seamless, and it's a product I'm highly likely to recommend.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

I wish there was an @ function on the side where we work to communicate with people to fix things. It would be nice if there was a queue for agents so not so many hands are in the same pot. Also, if something needed to be fixed, being able to @ the person or team instead of having to send screenshots through an email separately would be great.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

I use Entrata for communication, leasing, marketing, maintenance requests, and reporting. I love how it streamlines everything in one location, helping me communicate on a mass level with all residents and view updates on work orders easily. It's really helpful! I really like that I can locate any reports I need to see how the property is doing. The communication center is great for sending out mass emails, and the library is terrific for finding necessary reports. The maintenance tab helps me provide updates to residents. The initial setup was seamless with no issues, and I'd highly recommend it to a friend or colleague.

There isn't anything that I dislike.

It has a great amount of organizational features and is able to integrate with multiple APIs! I think if it could expand it might even see more common place in other scenarios besides leasing

Its not optimized for lower-end PCs
The UI can use a bit of a touch-up regarding the various amounts of tabs, searching for things takes a bit if youre not familiar
Setting up Guest Cards and Applications can sometimes be a tedious process

Entrata is very user-friendly. I have employees to train fairly regularly, and this platform makes it really easy to get them up to speed. We use Entrata daily!

The only thing I wish I could change about Entrata is having more access to make changes without always needing to go through a specific point person at the company, although I understand why it’s set up this way.

The only thing i wish they would add is a "how-to" link that was a little easier to find.
We are also a Quext property, and they do a great job of creating step-by-step videos and slides so that there are many different ways to find answers to your questions

Leasing and follow up is extremely easy to track 
I also love budget vs actual so I am easily able to track our monthly spending
Lead Conversion is also extremely clear and easy to understand 
We have also been using it to track property reviews

I don't like that when you start a screening the applicant disappears completely and you have to search them by name. I wish there was a screening section where it satyed.

Entreat has w way of now filtering out prospects rhat are starting the application process which is extremely helpful in seeing who I need to make a promotion communication for day to day duties in office. 

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

I do still feel that customer support should be more accessible to every position in property management this would help a lot when it comes to getting quick answers to prospects that have put in applications with a screening issue, etc.

They are making the Identity and income verification process very seamless. You come across so many fraudulent applicant issues in terms of verifying the person and their income. With Entrata's screening requirements and process these issues have come to a minimum.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

I really like Entrata for its organization and how it helps me continue to contact incoming applicants and new leads. It's also very organized and exceptionally easy to navigate, which makes it easier for me to send leases and contact residents and applicants I might forget about due to the large volume. Entrata has helped me stay organized, managing incoming leads effectively.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

Sometimes the system glitches, especially with applications. If there's a duplicate guest card or account and I delete it, sometimes both accounts get deleted because the numbers and emails are connected. There's also a citizenship glitch where I have to manually set the citizenship.

**What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Entrata to send leases, contact residents I forget about, and organize a large volume of contacts.

Sometimes there are glitches in the system, but what other system doesn't? Entrata sometimes doesn't allow me to send mass emails to all the residents and usually takes more of my time during my workday.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

Entrata is a very useful tool for my job because I can promptly address requests from residents of the property where I work. With this tool, I have all the details I need to do my job well, such as what the client requests, whether I can enter in the resident's absence, and whether or not there are pets. I can call the resident to authorize me to enter. From my phone, I can open and close work orders and send follow-up notes. Having all the information at my fingertips definitely improves response times and saves resources (e.g., paperwork).

I have to enter my email every day to authenticate myself.

I love how user-friendly the reports are. Our company requires reporting weekly and sometimes daily, so having everything in one place helps us a lot. Our company says that Entrata streamlines the information much better than the other programs. It was kinda easy to set up because once we had all the information on a spreadsheet, it was easy to upload.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

I don't like that Entrata and Elise AI don't sync well with other programs, causing double work in inputting information.

Entrata consolidates all resident data in one place, simplifying property management. I love how user-friendly the reports are, which streamlines our weekly and sometimes daily reporting requirements.

I appreciate how it integrates across the whole user system and changes happen in real-time.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

I don't like that in order to reshop a renewal offer for a resident that is on notice to move, we have to cancel the notice. In an effort to try to save a move out, it's helpful and necessary for us to be able to see these offers as time goes on no matter if the resident is moving or not.

I’ve been using this system for about six months, and I use it every day. It’s very easy to understand, and my overall experience has been straightforward. Whenever I’ve had any struggles with the system, customer support has been very helpful and quick to assist with any issues. I also appreciate how there are multiple locations where you can easily find exactly what you’re looking for in an organized way.

The dashboard can occasionally be confusing, and the system sometimes lags or even crashes, though this doesn't happen often—it's more like once in a blue moon.

I really like how user-friendly Entrata is. Everything is literally within the click of a button from where you need it to be. It's very easy to navigate, and if I have any questions, I can literally search it in the search engine. I love that it's super user-friendly. I like that Entrata is simple to use and simple to explain. I think the layout is pretty clear and easy to understand with the way the dashboard and tabs are laid out. Features like bulk or group payment and quick access to the resident ledger save me a lot of time compared to handling payments individually. I also appreciate not having to go to the bank for deposits and checks because of the banking features.

I think the bulk document uploads functionality could be improved. Uploading multiple files at once is limited and inefficient.

Entrata is easy to navigate through, Residents like the ease of being able to apply online and access online for checking their account information submitting work request.  As the manager we can check on accounts and find things needed to help us help the residents with ease as well.
Entrata tech support is always great about assisting you with you needs to and when one can't they are quick to find a next level tech that can assist you.

Occasionally it runs really slow or will just lock up and you have to start all over

For us, Entrata consolidates leasing, maintenance, accounting, and resident services into one dashboard, reducing the need for multiple software systems.  It also gives us more efficient tools for our onsite teams to take care of our residents.  They also allow us full access to our date to where we can develop business intelligence tools in house which is huge for us on how that data is presented.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

The only real downside that we have experienced is the same as probably any Company that switches to a new software.  The learning curve and the constant updates.

**What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to our data more freely and the reporting aspect has been great.  The website templates and integration into our culture has been huge.

I find the feature that allows me to write multiple leases at a time very useful, as it gives residents the option to choose. This functionality facilitates the lease creation process for me.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

{"I found the setup process for Entrata difficult and confusing, largely because I received no training. Even after two years, I still don't fully understand how to use it effectively.","The software does not solve the problems I encounter, as everything remains disorganized. The move-in process, in particular, is terrible and inefficient.","When moving residents into bed spaces, I encounter a cumbersome process where I must manually move each resident. This creates a cascading effect of errors and is extremely time-consuming because of the complexity in dealing with multi-versus single contracts.","Writing leases is an arduous task as the dates and payments are not in chronological order. This adds unnecessary complexity and time to the leasing process.","The leads board lacks a holding section for applicants whose eligibility is pending, compelling me to manage follow-ups inefficiently."}

The dynamic functionality of Entrata eliminates the need for multiple software systems to store and pull financial data. This has reduced friction for our team and ensures consistent and accurate data across the company.

Another great thing about Entrata is that it is very intuitive and makes training new employees quite easy. This makes it easy to implement across our platform.

We use Entrata very frequently for external due diligence, financial reporting, and a variety of other daily uses.

The customer support team has also allowed us to implement a variety of new reports into our default pulls through Entrata, which have been very easy to integrate.

Entrata offers a wide range of API integrations, including marketing platforms, payment processors, and smart home technology, allowing operators to customize their tech stack without sacrificing system stability.

If there were any room for improvement it would be more customizable reports. We feel there are some limitations to some of the niche reporting we require.

Report packet is available so that we can run multiple reports in a single packet at same time.
JE import function is very good
