Entrata has an intuitive workflow for everything and a built-tool for each aspect of multifamily property management. There is no need to go outside of the Entrata ecosystem if you want all parts of your operations in one place. With other management systems, integrations or supplementations are necessary to have well-rounded functionality. I love that Entrata is my one-stop for everything. As a company trainer, the instant customer support is what sets it apart from everyone else. You can call and get live person in seconds in you can't quickly find what you need in the training library with videos, articles, and other media. The best feature I like is the referral function. It allows you to track and make use of all lead referrals, not just locator referrals. It's an amazing tool that really lets you track and see the fruits of your outreach marketing efforts. I have yet to find a feature I am completely dissatisfied with in Entrata, but there are areas of improvement. On the affordable component, I think it would be great to be able to input more data attached to residents profiles that are HCV recipients. We should be able to see their case manager, PHA, and other snapshot information on their profiles. There should also be a way to mark HCV residents in reports. When you have market properties that accept limited vouchers, it is hard to not lose track of them. I've worked with all of the top property management software programs and Entrata is by far the best available. It is very intuitive, even a brand new employee can figure out the basics in no time at all. Additionally, it allows for saving of documents (allowing a paperless office) and seamlessly migrates with other property software such as package check-out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of use and that it is basically a one stop shop. You don't have to use a bunch of different softwares to accomplish the same goal. Entrata is easy to maneuver, even if you're not the best with technology. Tabs are clearly labeled, and it is easy to find where everything is that you are needing to find. I use it every day when I am at work, and I usually have multiple tabs open at one time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy Entrata quite a bit, but I don't really like that you can only add one at a time when uploading pictures or documents. It takes extra time to add each attachment, photo, or document one by one, especially if you have more than just two or three. There have been a few frequent updates, which made the website slightly glitchy. That has since been resolved.
Edit: Our property recently switched to using Entrata for our utilities, and since that has happened, we have had so many issues with the utilities. As someone who also lives on property, I have tried to contact their utility support, and I was highly disappointed with it. It took 19 days to get a response to a simple question, and then I was told that they couldn't do anything to help me and that I would have to contact the leasing office. I have really enjoyed using Entrata's data reporting and the ability to dive into numerous reports about the business. Whether it is searching for specific residents/units or taking a deeper dive into financials, you can customize reports to suit your needs. The resident portal has also been a fantastic addition and allowed our residents' easier access to pay their rent, submit work orders, and stay updated with our properties.
Beyond those two features, their customer service has been incredible. The Entrata support team has been great about answering questions and building new features to assist your properties. I have definitely enjoyed our companies change to Entrata Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In relation to our student turn over process and large scale move outs, the product hasn't "helped" as much as we hoped it would. Where it excels, is the inspection and documentation of units but we were hoping to use the Entrata make ready feature for student move outs and the sheer volume of open units during that time doesn't allow us to utilitze this in the way we hoped. Message Center emails frequently distort images even using the correct dimensions. Not easy to manipulate images on the fly (shrink/enlarge) and images with text are consistently not as sharp as the original image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
