Entrata Reviews & Product Details

Entrata is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I really enjoy using the platform because it makes completing daily tasks simple and efficient. Overall, it has been a great tool to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At this time, I do not have any dislikes regarding Entrata. I find the platform user-friendly, efficient, and easy to navigate, and it has been a positive experience using it for my daily tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's extremely easy to navigate and they have THE BEST help center I have ever worked with. Entrata does not make things complicated, the system is broken down into the things you deal with every single day. No extra fluff is necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like the ELI+ AI agent and sometimes generating reports and understanding filters for different tabs can be confusing. AI is a great tool, but sometimes it becomes overkill when reaching out to prospects. To the point that they stop texts and we're unable to reach them afterwards. I use Entrata for work orders, communicating with the community, and paying rent. It makes my day-to-day easier because I can access everything at my fingertips instead of going down to the office. I like that it’s an app, and I find the edit option helpful for prorating rent when I have a concession. Once I got used to it, it was pretty self-explanatory. I found the setup a little confusing at first because I’m used to other systems at other jobs, but otherwise it was pretty self-explanatory. I’d also like a feature that lets me communicate with other residents in the community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love Entrata! It's very user friendly and straightforward. One of the features I value most is the reporting functionality. Having access to detailed financial and operational reports helps me identify trends, investigate variances, monitor property performance, and make informed decisions. I also appreciate the ability to review resident charges and payments, manage move-ins and move-outs, track lease information and renewals, and maintain accurate records. These capabilities are especially helpful when preparing monthly financial reports, reviewing budget performance, managing collections, and planning for future occupancy goals. Reporting generation can be slow at times. If I were to suggest an area for improvement, it would be continuing to streamline reporting and navigation for more advanced tasks. Making specialized reports and less frequently used settings easier to locate could help users save even more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Entrata keeps resident information, payments, leasing, and communication organized in one place. It makes it easier to manage accounts, track requests, and stay organized while providing a convenient experience for residents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I dislike about Entrata is that some processes can be a little confusing or time-consuming, especially when making changes to resident accounts or navigating certain features. It would be helpful if some functions were more straightforward and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Entrata brings many leasing and property management tasks together in one place. It helps me keep resident and prospect information, applications, leases, suite availability, and pricing organized, making it easier to manage daily follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that some tasks in Entrata can take several steps, and it isn’t always easy to locate the information I need. A simpler workflow and clearer navigation would make it easier to work efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Entrata is that it keeps everything in one place. Managing work orders, communicating with residents, tracking maintenance, and documenting completed work is simple and organized. The mobile app allows me to update work orders in real time, upload photos, and stay on top of my daily tasks, which helps improve efficiency and response times. Entrata is a great platform overall, but the mobile app can sometimes be slow and require refreshing before updates appear. Finding certain settings or work order details can also take more clicks than necessary. Improving the app’s speed, search function, and offline capabilities would make it even better for maintenance teams working in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Entrata is that it keeps everything I need in one place. From managing leads and applications to tracking follow-ups, processing move-ins, and communicating with residents, it helps keep my day organized and running more efficiently. I also appreciate the automated reminders and task management, since they help me stay on top of prospects and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Overall, it’s a user-friendly platform that helps me deliver a better experience for both prospects and residents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working in a fast-paced lease-up community, I sometimes wish Entrata loaded a bit faster and made resident and prospect information easier to access from one screen. On high-volume days, having fewer clicks and less jumping between pages would make a noticeable difference. Even with those frustrations, I still find it to be a very effective platform for managing leasing, resident communication, and day-to-day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After using Entrata for the past year, I enjoy how smooth and reliable it is. You don't have to go between one or more systems, it's all in one. It is far superior to Yardi. Another aspect I enjoy is the lead follow up, it is easy and simple and as a leasing specialist that's what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I truly don't have much to say that is bad about entrata. One thing I do not like is when I am following up and putting in notes for a tour, and it makes me input a specific unit that I showed, when really that does vary and we might not even have it. Also, on our website, when someone applies, it does not show them units to select which has been an ongoing issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how user-friendly Entrata is for both prospects and residents, as well as for management teams. The step-by-step approach with clear direction adds to its usability. It is wonderful for application, leasing, and resident management. I also appreciate the smooth initial setup; newly transitioned deals only experienced blackout windows for less than a week, which is amazing. Overall, Entrata effectively oversees business operations in property management for student communities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area I'd love to see improved is when qualification metrics or floor plans change easier without having to cancel out leases. The Turn-Move out/move in process, while easy, is tedious, and I don't find teams utilize it, which could be due to our company settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
