-Too much administrative responsibility on the broker to build renewals and do set up. -Disjointed processes for open enrollment set up and close. -Lack of hand-holding, training, and coaching once portal is implemented -Not very intuitive for employers....
I love the fact I don't have to go through mounds and mounds of paper enrollments for 500 employees, 4 companies, missing information, can't read writing,etc.. Seeing everything the employee enrolled in on one page! Being able to update beneficiary info...
Cannot add, term, or update dependents easily. Menus are very hard to navigate, and there are rules around when and how you can do something, making going back to fix things very hard. Also can't do billing, or order ID cards from this site, so logging into...
