"Powerful Software Backed by a Truly Knowledgeable PlanSource Support Team"

What do you like best about PlanSource?

The software itself is pretty good. You can do a lot with the product itself, but the best part for me is my support team. I have really knowledgeable people on the PlanSource side that I can throw ideas at, and together we can figure out a way to help make them work in the way that I need them to. What do you dislike about PlanSource?

I don't love the way the history shows within PlanSource. I also don't love the different types of events that are required when anything changes, specifically the Work Status Events you are required to create so that changes can occur such as FT to PT or PT to FT. What problems is PlanSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems that we have had were mainly when we changed carriers and had to wait for our EDI and API Files to be created. It actually took about 6 months after OE ended for all of our files to be put into place, which really made things tough on myself and my team because we had to transmit manual files until these were built. Our support team helped build the files needed which saved us a ton of time. Building manual files, and changes only files at that, is very time consuming. They offered to take that on for us since our files weren't in place, and they saved us a HUGE amount of time by completing that on our behalf. We did always review and make sure nothing was missed, but what a help that was while we waited on the EDI/API team to complete our files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Benefit Administration with Stellar Support"

What do you like best about PlanSource?

I find PlanSource very easy to use and user-friendly. The billing capability for self-built plans is pretty amazing, as it helps us consolidate bills per location instead of getting separate bills from carriers. The customer service is great, which adds to the overall experience. I also appreciate the dependent verification feature, which ensures that only actual dependents of the employee are getting on the plan. Additionally, the initial setup of PlanSource was very easy. What do you dislike about PlanSource?

I think the communication piece for getting information out to employees could be improved. Right now, we are unable to send attachments, and when someone opens the email they receive, they have to log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PlanSource helps us by consolidating billing per location, making it user-friendly. Its billing capability for self-built plans is amazing and it has great customer service. "Effortless Benefits Management with Fantastic Support"

What do you like best about PlanSource?

I really appreciate PlanSource for the ease of using the portal, which makes our work much simpler. The team was extremely responsive during implementation and they're always there when we need something. They are down to earth, easy to get along with, and have a sense of urgency that we value. What do you dislike about PlanSource?

There was an issue once where employees who submitted a life event in a certain time period were charged the employer premiums instead of employee. This was a glitch outside of their control and was fixed very quickly. We caught it in time to manually override the system. Suggestions would be a peer review of changes before they feed to ADP. What do you like best about PlanSource?

I like the modern and user-friendly look of PlanSource, which makes it appealing and functional. The built-in compliance functions are great for reducing liabilities, which is always a win. The implementation and customer service have been impeccable, making the setup so easy with a great team. I've had a very simple use of the system, as have the employees who have logged in. Being decentralized, an easy-to-use system is critical for us, and PlanSource does everything we need and more. "Comprehensive management of employee benefits"

What do you like best about PlanSource?

We now have quicker approval of documents for dependent verification through use of AI support. The support from our team is outstanding as I receive quick responses to my questions and remedies for my issues. What do you dislike about PlanSource?

It would be helpful if I received a notification when a dependent ages out of insurance so I know I need to make an adjustment to our payroll deductions before I find an error on our bill. I don't have time to run a report for this info on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
