I think from a business stand-point, its a great product for managing large amounts of inventory efficiently. The templating and hierarchy of the box pages is pretty straight forward. Also the flow seems to be on point for an e-commerce site.
Measuring configuration vs. customization is not a trivial problem to solve. Most system integrators are not dialed into the roadmap of latest features. May be prohibitive to some medium size enterprises Accelerators are not fully baked and ready to use...
