The most amazing part of the tawk to the tool is its easy integration feature. You can easily integrate with your website whether it's a WordPress-based website or a proper PHP-coded one.

I do not like how tawk.to is hard to integrate to websites, especially if you do not have web design tactics. In addition, I hate how tawk.to needs robust internet connection to use.
