It is a really good platform, and clearly very good when it comes to the issue of using it with fewer concerns about privacy and cost than other alternatives. It seems to do the job fine and is as good/bad as any of the other things I have used.
Each time a callers signal falters their screen goes black and when it returns, all callers windows are reconfigured/moved to a new position. Significant echo on the audio front.
What I like the best about Microsoft Teams is that I am able to control the computer of a person that I talked to, specially why they really need help about navigating on the program. This really helpful in facilitating the process during the operations.
Unfortunately, a lot of the things Lync can do are obscured by the user interface. It’s attractive enough and doesn’t look cluttered at first glance, but most of my attempts to do non-basic things involve hunting through icons and menus that are...
