Compare Cvent Event Marketing & Management and Eventsforce 
At our company we do a lot of events. Therefore, having an event management system was very appealing to us. Cvent is a very comprehensive suite that allows robust tracking, structured guest interaction, and follow-up in one really easy to use solution.
Integration with Salesforce was done in order to import data and update campaign status. It worked intermittently and support was not very good at helping us debug and resolve the issue.
It has made life a lot easier it really helps avoiding clashes/ last minute hassel saving time helps a lot in focusing on other aspects too also its really easy to use .
The system is not a great tool to manage conference registration. It requires multiple clicks and steps to sned emails, cancel registrations, you couldn't do substitutions or change registration types without cancelling records completely and creating new...
