From Event Details>Speakers, you can view your list alphabetically by selecting the sort arrow. This is temporary otherwise yes you have to painstakingly set the order. I have made this request for additional functionality in the cvent community.

Your question seems to have gotten a little mixed up with a lot of extra stuff added in on the site - but if you are asking how to organize speakers' names - this is a big flaw in Cvent.  You have to manually alphabetize them.  You can go to the speakers listing within your event and then under actions click "set order" then drag and drop them into alphabetical order.  I've been complaining about this to them for years.  Even in the new Flex system, it does not give the option to alphabetize automatically
