Achievers is an innovative employee recognition product. Not only creative in the numerous options available for campaigns and reward options but, more importantly, in the continuous platform development.
It was hard to get our leaders to adapt to this. Would have liked to be able to award cash vs. prizes through this system. Employees did not find meaning in prizes as they took away from their take home pay.
The graphics design and display is cool,The user interface is easy to use and attractive,the system responds very well and also uses less data. It is secure and one must have a username and password to access.Also the password reset option is very good...
The notifications get pushed down quickly when I'm checking them or if I want to find a specific birthday for an agent, it's hard to search.
