I appreciate how Achievers fosters a culture of recognition. The platform makes it easy to both give and receive meaningful appreciation, which boosts morale and motivates our associates to continue doing great work. Additionally, Achievers is very user-friendly. It's intuitive to navigate and quickly understand, making it easy to participate in recognition programs without any hassle. I also want to specifically mention the excellent support we receive from our CSM, Kyle. There is very little we dislike about the platform, however with the AEXP implementation we lost a widley loved feature to schedule future recognitions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to recognise our people. Although it did take some time to implement, we received amazing support from the whole team. We conduct bi-weekly meetings with our customer support manager, and this is really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would not say downsides per se, but sometimes, the reports are not live. There's a minimum of 8 hours to wait for the reports to be live, and this is not convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Customer support service we receive from the Achievers employees is impecable. They are all very professional and responsive.

The platform features are engaging, intuitive and easy to navigate. Allowing for small and large-scale recognition, as well as milestones and celebrations. From an HR admin perspective, it is easy to manage and the reporting system is useful for gaining many insights into recognition and engagement across the business.

Achievers is very user-friendly, and has offered exceptional customer support with any questions we've had. With Achievers, our organization is able to celebrate even the "small" victories, with a focus on reinforcing positive behaviors and attitudes. An effort needs to be made to ensure that all managers across the board are using the platform equally, otherwise it may seem like the same departments/employees are receiving recognitions and boosts, while others receive none. I appreciate the Customer Service that is provided during first conversations, setup, integration and throughout the time we have had it enabled. The Platform is easy to use, and we track employement activiation and engagement. The goal is to have all employee freuquenty use the platform to build rcongition. Achievers platform being easy to use, also has a few cons just like any platform. I'm a fan of the anayltics dashboard, but wish it was more intereactive. Achievers has a great customer support team and our rep truly seems to be on our side when it comes to creating and implementing our recognition campaigns-- it feels like an extension of our internal teams.
Our current platform is on an older website model which is being updated in about a month and we are very excited to see the changes.

There are some certain aspects of the admin side of Achievers that I wish was easier and we (company) had more control over. The biggest pain point is to have to request any platform change through a separate team at Achievers-- I want to be able to update graphics for seasons and campaigns and have the ability to change whenever we need. Achievers is user-friendly and enhances employee engagement and recognition. We are a recogition first culture and this software helps us keep it at the forefront. We also love how we can tie recongition to core values. The software's integratios with out HRIS, which makes managing the platform from the admin side much easier. Achievers has the opportunity more gamification, which would take this engagement platform to the next level. They had a badging functionallity a few years ago, which we used for competitions, etc. but they discontinued the feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is truly difficult to single out just one aspect of Achievers that I appreciate the most. Having been part of both the implementation team and now serving as an admin, what has impressed me most is the outstanding support we’ve received from the project management team and our dedicated Customer Success Manager. Their expertise and commitment have been instrumental in ensuring that we consistently meet our organizational goals with precision and ease.
From the perspective of an end-user, the platform is nothing short of exceptional. Its intuitive design makes it remarkably easy to navigate, enabling seamless recognition and celebration of our team members. To be honest, there’s nothing that comes to mind that I dislike about the platform. It has consistently met or exceeded my expectations, offering a seamless and user-friendly experience.
