## Achievers Reviews
  ### 1. Great remainder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

The platform makes peer-to-peer recognition simple and immediate. I like that I can send a meaningful "thank you" tied to company values in just a few clicks, and the recipient gets points they can actually redeem for rewards they care about. The reward catalog is broad (gift cards, merchandise, experiences), and the social newsfeed makes recognition visible across the team, which reinforces a positive culture. The mobile app and Slack/Teams integrations also make it easy to recognise colleagues without breaking workflow.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The user interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, and navigating the reward catalog could be smoother — search and filtering aren't always intuitive. Points redemption sometimes has delays, and certain rewards show as available but are out of stock at checkout. Reporting and analytics for admins are useful but could offer more customisation. Occasional notification overload (emails for every recognition) is another small annoyance, though it is configurable.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the problem of recognition being inconsistent, delayed, or invisible — especially in hybrid and distributed teams where good work can easily go unnoticed. Before using it, appreciation often happened only in 1:1s or annual reviews; now it's continuous, public, and tied directly to our company values, which reinforces the behaviours we want to see.

It also addresses employee engagement and retention. Giving people a tangible way to be rewarded (points they can redeem for rewards they actually want) makes recognition feel meaningful rather than just a "nice email." For me personally, it has made cross-team collaboration easier — I can quickly acknowledge someone in another department, which builds stronger working relationships. As a benefit, it has improved morale within the team, made achievements more visible to leadership, and created a more positive day-to-day work culture.

  ### 2. A Great Recognition Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I love the fact that I am able to recognize people for their collaborations and that everyone in the organization is able to view and Boost the recognition. This allows people to not only receive points for different products, but it also allows people from other departments to see the positive work that each individual contributes to ensure the organization runs smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

This may be something with my organization specifically, but I hate that I am only about to recognize two people each month, so I am not able to boost other recognitions. I wish there was Recognition pool and a Boost pool of points to pull from.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Achievers is solving is that it is allowing the people that work really hard to be recognized and be rewarded for those recognitions. This is benefiting e because I was able to purchase Christmas presents from the points I earned last year. This also helps incentivize people recognizing other people. I love that!

  ### 3. Motivates with Rewards but Needs Notification Tweaks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego M. | Onboarding team, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like how Achievers allows managers to boost a recognition, giving you points that can be exchanged for actual things like computers, headphones, or gift cards. It's like getting another form of financial recognition outside of your salary. It makes me want to do my job better. Also, the initial setup was pretty good and pretty easy, making it smooth for everyone to get onboarded and recognized in their new roles.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

I feel like sometimes the notification doesn't remind you when, for example, someone else is having their birthday or something like that. So I feel like that could be improved.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps me communicate with my community, gives feedback to colleagues, and recognize when others do something they should be proud of. It motivates me to do my job better with rewards like gift cards, enhancing peer recognition beyond just salary.

  ### 4. Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I particularly appreciate about Achievers is that it makes it easier to see the contributions and efforts made in our daily work, and it fosters a culture where we can freely express gratitude and praise to one another. In our day-to-day work, we tend to focus on the tasks right in front of us, but Achievers gives us an opportunity to take a fresh look at the support we receive from others and our contributions to the team. I also feel that recognizing someone’s efforts not only boosts their motivation but also helps create a positive atmosphere for the entire team. I believe it’s incredibly valuable as a system that allows us to naturally express “thank you” or “that really helped” in our daily work, rather than relying on formal evaluations. Another appealing aspect is that it allows us to acknowledge each other’s positive actions across departments and positions, which I feel helps foster a sense of unity and improve engagement throughout the entire organization.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Point values sometimes feel limited and unclear.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps recognize everyday contributions that might otherwise go unnoticed. It benefits me by increasing motivation, strengthening team connection, and making appreciation more visible in daily work.

  ### 5. Uplifting Recognition That Boosts Morale and Motivation Every Day

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathryn C. | Technician, Underwriting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers is honestly one of the most uplifting platforms I’ve ever used! I love how easy it is to celebrate the amazing work happening around me, and sending appreciation feels just as good as receiving it. Every time I read through the recognition others give and receive, I can’t help but feel inspired—it’s like a constant stream of motivation that pushes me to go above and beyond. Achievers doesn’t just highlight great work; it boosts morale, builds connection, and genuinely makes me excited to contribute my best every day.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Because I love reading all the appreciations in it, I lose time for productivity at work.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve a major workplace challenge: meaningful recognition often gets overlooked in the rush of day‑to‑day work. It creates a dedicated space where appreciation is easy, visible, and consistent—something many teams struggle to maintain on their own.
For me, it’s made a huge difference. Achievers keeps recognition front and center, which boosts morale and helps everyone feel seen for their contributions. Being able to both give and receive appreciation not only strengthens connections with colleagues but also motivates me to go above and beyond. Seeing the recognition others share is genuinely inspiring—it reminds me of the impact we all have and encourages me to bring my best every day.

  ### 6. Effortless Recognition & Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan K. | Technical Analyst – Enterprise End-User Services, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers is fantastic for employee recognition, allowing everyone to congratulate colleagues on a job well done and earn points for rewards in the Achievers shop. The platform functions perfectly with no issues navigating or working through the portal. I love the ability to share recognition across the entire organization and highlight individuals on a social timeline. Setting it up is very simple, with no issues integrating within the Microsoft Teams app store.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The selection could be widened. There is also a premium fee on certain gift cards, such as Amazon, which makes achieving these rewards less appealing.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers provides a way for employees to congratulate each other on a job well done and give them points to cash out. The ability to share recognition across the organization and highlight individuals on a social timeline is great.

  ### 7. a genuine way to say "thank you"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like best about Achievers is how simple it makes giving and receiving recognition. It feels like a positive social network for work. I can quickly send a ‘High Five’, add a GIF or photo, and it immediately boosts morale. The mobile app works great on the go, the rewards catalog is excellent, and seeing the community feed full of shoutouts from people across the company creates a real sense of belonging and teamwork. It’s genuinely made our workplace culture more positive

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

There isn’t much I dislike, but the mobile experience could be a little smoother and more intuitive. A few minor UX improvements would make it perfect

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers is solving two big problems: lack of recognition and disconnection between teams, especially in a hybrid/remote environment.
Before using it, it was very easy for good work to go unnoticed. People only got feedback during performance reviews, and many efforts went unappreciated. Now, anyone can recognize anyone instantly, no matter the department or location.
This has benefited me personally because I feel more motivated and valued when my contributions are seen and celebrated by my colleagues and managers. It has also helped me build better relationships with people I don’t interact with daily. The team atmosphere is noticeably more positive, and I find myself recognizing others more often too

  ### 8. Achievers is AWESOME!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** G. M.

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like that you are able to recognize colleagues and be recognized for helping others, going above and beyond, making things happen, etc. In return you earn points that you can use to purchase rewards or gift cards to use as you please. I am always purchasing Amazon cards because they are very easy to connect to my Amazon account so they are ready to use when I want to shop!

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

There is not much to dislike! The only complaint I have is that once I bought an espresso machine through the catalog and one of the parts was broken. It was very difficult to return for a credit/refund. I had to prove that I did not break it! I had to send many emails and pictures and after much back and forth with customer service and those in my company that run the program I finally got my points re-instated.

That's why I now buy a gift card instead and buy the item wherever I want. I liked when the cards were actual cards as sometimes its difficult to use virtual cards with some vendors.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping me reward myself and be able to buy things that I may not normally spend money on. That's the beauty of the gift cards!

  ### 9. Recognise and celebrate colleagues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

✅ Recognise and celebrate colleagues

Acknowledge others for great work, teamwork, or behaviours that reflect company values
Give timely, meaningful recognition to reinforce positive actions

🎯 Reinforce company values

Link your recognition to specific values or behaviours
Help build a culture where good performance and contributions are visible and appreciated

🤝 Engage and motivate

Encourage a positive work environment
Boost morale and engagement by regularly recognising efforts, big or small

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Recognition can feel inconsistent – some employees receive frequent recognition while others may be overlooked, which can reduce fairness.
Quality vs quantity – sometimes recognition feels generic or automated rather than meaningful and personalised.
Overuse of the platform – if used too frequently without clear purpose, it can lose impact and feel routine.
Reward value perception – the points or rewards don’t always feel equally valuable to everyone.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the problem of lack of visibility and recognition in the workplace. Without a structured platform, good work can often go unnoticed, which can impact motivation and engagement.
It also addresses inconsistent appreciation, ensuring that recognition is more frequent, accessible, and aligned with company values.
How this benefits me:

Increases motivation – being recognised makes me feel valued and encourages me to maintain high performance
Improves engagement – it helps create a more positive and supportive team culture
Provides visibility – my contributions are seen by a wider audience, not just my immediate team
Encourages consistency – recognition becomes part of everyday work rather than something occasional

  ### 10. Great Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

The Achievers website is a great tool for recognising colleagues and celebrating contributions across the organisation. From a user perspective, it’s easy to use and makes it simple to send quick recognition when someone has done a great job or lived company values.
One of the best parts is the points system—you can receive points for recognition and then redeem them for rewards, which adds a nice, tangible element to appreciation. It also helps highlight good work across teams, which can be really motivating.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Overall, Achievers is a positive platform that encourages a culture of recognition, boosts morale, and helps people feel valued for their contributions.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of visibility of good work
Without a central platform, a lot of great work can go unnoticed outside immediate teams.

Inconsistent recognition
Recognition can depend heavily on individual managers, leading to uneven employee experience.

Low engagement and morale
Employees may feel undervalued if their contributions aren’t acknowledged regularly.

Limited celebration of milestones
Service anniversaries and key moments can be missed or handled inconsistently.

  ### 11. Perfect!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like that Achievers makes it easy to recognize and appreciate coworkers in real time. It helps build a more positive work culture and keeps motivation high. The platform is simple to use and encourages frequent feedback and recognition across teams.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Sometimes the platform can feel a bit repetitive, and not all recognition feels equally meaningful depending on how it is used in the company. It can also lose impact if it becomes more of a routine activity rather than genuine appreciation.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the problem of employees not always receiving timely or visible recognition for their work. It creates a simple and structured way to recognize contributions, which improves communication and appreciation across teams. For me, it makes it easier to feel valued for my work and also gives visibility into the efforts of colleagues, which helps build a more positive and motivated work environment.

  ### 12. This is good way motivate team members

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

a simple and effective platform to recognize and appreciate colleagues for their contributions. It helps highlight the impact individuals make across teams and encourages a culture of recognition and collaboration. The platform makes it easy to acknowledge efforts—big or small—which helps boost morale, strengthen teamwork, and promote a positive work environment.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Nothing to be honest . I need to think about it but at present I cannot say nothing

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers is solving the problem of under-recognition in organizations by providing a structured and visible way to acknowledge employee contributions. Instead of great work going unnoticed, Achievers ensures that efforts—whether small daily wins or major project successes—are recognized across teams and departments.

This benefits me by creating a more positive and motivating work environment. It helps me see the impact of my work and the work of my colleagues, fosters collaboration, and reinforces a culture where everyone feels valued. It also makes feedback and appreciation more timely and meaningful, which ultimately drives engagement and productivity.

  ### 13. Fosters Team Spirit and Recognition in the Workplace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abigail P. | Medical Assistant II, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I really appreciate Achievers within my workplace because it brings our staff together. We all leave recognition for one another that would otherwise go unsaid. Every time I check my email, and I have a recognition, it brings a smile to my face and makes me feel appreciated at my job. Being able to recognize my coworkers brings a sense of community and teamwork to an otherwise stressful job.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

My one critique of Achievers is that we cannot give points out unless we are in a leadership position. I think it would be fun if I was able to transfer points to another peer when giving them a recognition. This would further incentivize the platform for us because we could recognize each other with points rather than just words.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Achievers solves in my workplace is the divide between team roles. It brings all of us together from the front desk to those on the clinic floor, to those in the back offices working on billing. Being able to recognize each other has brough us together in a united way, and that has benefited all of us in that we feel like a community.

  ### 14. great incentive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I really like that we can recognise individuals who go out of their way to help others. It’s also positive that this recognition is visible to their managers. Overall, it’s a great way to encourage engagement.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

i do not have anything i dislike about achievers

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers is helping to solve the problem of recognising employees who go above and beyond in their roles. It makes it easier to highlight those who are doing a great job or who have supported others, which might otherwise go unnoticed.
This benefits me as it allows me to show appreciation to colleagues and also see recognition across the business, helping to boost morale and create a more positive and engaged working environment.

  ### 15. Great way to show your appreciation to your fellow associates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I really appreciate having the Achievers app because it gives me an easy and meaningful way to recognize coworkers when they step in and help out. Sometimes the small things people do during a busy day make the biggest difference, and I like being able to call that out right away. It’s a great way to show genuine appreciation, build stronger teamwork, and make sure people know their efforts don’t go unnoticed.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

One thing that could make Achievers even better is adding more ways to personalize recognition or make it easier to find past messages. Sometimes I want to look back at earlier shout‑outs or add more detail, and having smoother navigation or more customization options would really help. Overall, the platform is great, but a few small improvements could make the experience even more engaging for everyone.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers is helping solve a few everyday workplace challenges, and the benefits show up in how much easier it becomes to recognize people and build a stronger team culture.

  ### 16. Achievers helps to celebrate wins together

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prakash L. | People operations manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

The platform makes peer-to-peer and manager-to-employee recognition easily intuitive and that ease of use is a big reason adoption stays so high across my organization. I can send meaningful appreciation quick and authentic with a simple e-card, a message with photos or gifs or even a nomination for a large award. This has been a huge driver of engagement internally. It helps strengthen the culture in my team in ways that are visible, measurable and appreciated by employees at every level.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

It offers many configuration options which is great but managing them all requires more time and care than expected.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The global rewards marketplace integration is quite interesting. with access to merchandise, experiences, gift cards and in country reward options spanning nearly 190 countries, i and my team feel seen no matter where we are located. It also integrates seamlessly with other platform that we already have so recognition happens where my people are already working instead of in yet another isolated tool.

  ### 17. Intuitive, Rewarding, and Outstanding Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen C. | Agile Coach and Scrum Master, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers is very customer friendly, being intuitive to use and follow. There are sections with lots of templates to recognise people in your organisation, with social or financial rewards.

There is also features to spend vouchers, with an impressive variety of favorite retailers.

Customer support is quick, normally within an hour, so very user friendly. It is a system that you use weekly rather than daily but that is what it is for.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

A recent change makes it harder to see you balance to give and to spend. By default you have to press an icon to see both. This is not intuitive and rather annoying. I suspect it is to make the screen tidy but you need to see your balance.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers is used by the firm to recognise employees, socially and financially as a rewards and recognition system. It is quick, clear and intuitive. Excellent employee (26K plus) feedback and use. Recommended and low cost of use.

  ### 18. Great tool for building advocay

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers makes it really easy to recognise colleagues in the moment. I like how simple the platform is to use and how quickly I can send meaningful recognition without needing to leave my workflow. The ability to personalise messages, tag values, and give visibility to great work across teams is a real strength. It’s also motivating to see recognition shared publicly, helping build positivity and a culture of appreciation.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

At times the navigation feels a little clunky, and it can take a few extra steps to find past recognitions or track favourites. Search could be more intuitive, and the checkout process for redeeming points sometimes feels slower than expected. It would also be helpful if the platform provided clearer guidance or prompts on how to write high‑quality, value‑aligned recognition. Overall, minor issues, but improving these areas would make the experience smoother.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the challenge of maintaining consistent, meaningful recognition across distributed teams. It provides a central place where great work is visible, celebrated, and linked to company values. This has improved engagement within my team by making recognition effortless and timely, and it reinforces positive behaviours that directly support our goals.
The platform also helps overcome the common issue of recognition being forgotten during busy periods—its prompts, activity feed, and visibility ensure that achievements are acknowledged, which strengthens collaboration and morale. Overall, Achievers has made it easier to build a culture of appreciation and keeps people motivated.

  ### 19. Great experience - love this and it positively contributes to the company culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like most about Achievers is how easy it is to recognise colleagues in the moment. It takes seconds, and the message is visible straight away, which makes the recognition feel genuine and meaningful. I also really like the points system; it's a simple way to reward people for going above and beyond, and it makes a real difference to morale.

The platform is easy to use, whether I’m on my laptop or phone, and I appreciate how it celebrates things like milestones and service anniversaries automatically. Overall, it’s a great tool for building a positive culture and making people feel valued.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

While Achievers is a great tool overall, there are a couple of things I find frustrating at times. The platform can feel a bit busy, and it’s not always easy to find past recognitions or navigate between sections quickly. I also think the points catalogue could be simpler to browse, as it sometimes takes longer than expected to find what you want. None of these are major issues, but improving the usability would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers solves a few important problems for us. First, it makes recognition consistent and visible. Before, it was easy for great work to go unnoticed, but Achievers gives everyone a simple way to acknowledge each other instantly. That’s made a big difference to morale and team culture.

It also solves the problem of recognition being “manager‑only.” With Achievers, anyone can recognise anyone, which creates a much more inclusive environment and encourages people to highlight positive behaviour as it happens.

Another benefit is that it centralises things like milestones and service awards. Instead of relying on teams to remember these manually, the platform automates it, so people feel valued throughout the year, not just during reviews.

Overall, Achievers makes recognition easier, more frequent, and more meaningful - and that’s helped create a more positive and supportive workplace experience for me.

  ### 20. An Excellent Platform for Employee Appreciation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I really love how I can thank colleagues and receive positive feedback from other peers on Achievers. It makes a great way to show extra appreciation outside an email "thank you". It allows for my peers outside of my direct management to show their appreciation. It's really nice how you can then use the points to buy giftcards.

I love how you can support employee anniversaries.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

There is nothing that I dislike about achievers. I noticed that some gift cards that were once available through Achievers are no longer there and that was disappointing. I miss when there was "promotions" for the points to redeem.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers is allowing for colleagues to show appreciation to one another and receive a smaller compensation throughout the year rather than just the end-of-year bonus.

  ### 21. Makes my day when I know i've made a difference

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers is a great platform — it gives quick, meaningful recognition, and because everything is already set up and aligned with the team, it provides a really good overview of what’s happening across the business. You can easily see the recommendations and recognitions being shared.
One of the biggest advantages is that Achievers lets you recognise anyone, from any area of the business, and you can include additional people in the recognition so it’s visible more broadly across the organisation.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

If I had to highlight an area for improvement, it would be the recognition point denominations. Sometimes the minimum amount you can give is 1,000 points, but if you have fewer than that in your account, you can’t allocate them — meaning those points end up going unused. A bit more flexibility in the denomination

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m not aware of any specific problems that needed solving, but recognition can always be strengthened. The more recognition you give, the more galvanised and connected the team becomes.

  ### 22. Good that we can reward others for good work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

1. It makes recognition easy and frequent.
The ability to quickly send meaningful recognition from anywhere helps build a positive culture. People actually use it because it’s simple and accessible.
2. Visibility of great work across the organisation.
The newsfeed element means great work doesn’t stay hidden in a team — it becomes visible company‑wide, which boosts morale and encourages more recognition.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

1. Recognition can feel a bit transactional at times.
Because points are involved, some posts can feel more like a routine task than genuine appreciation.
2. The feed can get very busy.
High volumes of posts make it easy to miss meaningful recognition, especially for large teams or cross‑functional areas.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better engagement and morale among your field teams
Team members feel noticed and valued, which directly improves motivation and customer focus.

  ### 23. Very Good

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like best about Achievers is how easy and engaging it makes recognition. The platform creates a space where appreciation becomes part of the daily workflow, not an afterthought. I love that anyone can recognize a teammate in real time, and those moments of appreciation really help build connection and morale.
I also appreciate how transparent and inclusive it feels—everyone’s contributions are visible, and it encourages a culture where great work is acknowledged consistently. Overall, it makes recognition simple, meaningful, and something people genuinely look forward to.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

One thing I dislike about Achievers is that the platform can sometimes feel a bit cluttered or overwhelming, especially when there’s a large volume of posts. It can make it harder to quickly find specific recognitions or navigate to what you need.
I also think some features could be more intuitive—certain actions take a few extra clicks, and the user experience could be streamlined.
Overall, it’s a helpful tool, but there are definitely opportunities to simplify the interface and make navigation smoother.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a culture of appreciation
Achievers supports a more positive and encouraging work environment by normalizing frequent recognition. Seeing peers and leaders actively recognizing others boosts morale and makes the workplace feel more supportive.

  ### 24. Celebrations for Achievement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Billy D. | Customer Resolution Agent, Consumer Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like most about Achievers is how easy it is to receive recognition from managers when we’ve done a good job. It’s motivating to see our work acknowledged and valued. I also really appreciate the huge catalogue of rewards available — from everyday products to a wide range of gift cards — which makes the recognition feel genuinely personal and flexible.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The only downside for me is that the rewards aren’t always instant, so it can take a bit of time for them to come through. I’d also like to see more flexibility in how many points you can choose to spend, rather than being limited to certain amounts.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the problem of hard work sometimes going unrecognised. In busy environments, it’s easy for effort and good performance to be overlooked, but the platform makes recognition visible, consistent, and meaningful. Receiving positive feedback is genuinely uplifting, and having a monetary reward attached to it adds extra value and motivation. It helps create a culture where people feel appreciated for what they do, which makes a real difference day‑to‑day.

  ### 25. Great experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It's a nice centralised tool that can be used to recognise peoples contributions - no matter how big or how little

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Being able to deliver different levels of recognition is a bit tough - sometime a quick thanks option would be good and may help with the uptake of people using it

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to let people know they have done something that helps - either me personally or a benefit for our customers/business. It's easy - rather than me having to just send a message to an individual - and then have to think whether I should let anyone else know I appreciate it

  ### 26. Effortless Recognition That Boosts Positivity and Connection

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh S. | Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I honestly like most about Achievers is how simple it makes recognising people. It takes just a few seconds, but it genuinely brightens someone’s day and mine too. I also enjoy scrolling through the recognition feed as it’s a nice reminder of all the great work happening across the firm that we don’t always get to see.
I also appreciate that the platform nudges you to be more specific and value-focused. It makes the recognition feel more real and personal, not just a quick “thanks”. And the flexibility with the rewards is a nice bonus. Overall, it just makes the workplace feel a bit more positive and connected.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

There isn’t much to dislike, but there are a couple of small things that could make the experience even smoother. At times the recognition feed gets quite busy, and it’s easy for thoughtful messages to get buried. A bit more personalisation or smarter filtering would help highlight what’s most relevant.
I’ve also noticed that some useful features aren’t immediately obvious, so you only discover them after spending more time on the platform.
Overall, these are minor improvements, the platform is already great, but a few tweaks could make it even better.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers really helps address the problem of people doing great work but not always getting noticed. Before, recognition felt a bit hit and miss, but now it’s much easier to appreciate someone right when it happens. For me, it has made a big difference in feeling more connected and valued and it’s also helped me recognise others more often. It also gives a clearer picture of what’s happening across different teams, which makes the whole place feel more connected and positive.

  ### 27. A great tool to recognise colleagues and achievements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I love that I can literally tag anyone in the business who has had a positive interaction with me. I can say a heart felt thank you and their manager will know the feedback, as well as anyone who looks at the feedback. It can be stored and used for reviews or just for a bit of positivity.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

It's not as widely used, and it would be great to have reminders of who I've interacted with each week or so, so that those who stand out can be recognised. I don't often have time in the moment and then I forget to say thanks.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have previously felt a little unappreciated. It can feel awkward messaging someone directly or messaging their manager to provide positive feedback. It can feel 'forced', whereas Achievers allows us to congratulate people on service anniversaries, say just a thanks for being awesome etc.

  ### 28. Nice Platform to get rewarded and reward

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers makes employee recognition simple and visible across the organization. The platform is easy to use, encourages peer-to-peer appreciation, and helps improve employee engagement and morale. The rewards system is straightforward, and managers can easily acknowledge team contributions in real time.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The rewards catalog can sometimes be limited depending on the region, and some rewards may require a large number of points to redeem. The user interface occasionally feels cluttered, and reporting/customization options could be more flexible for administrators. Mobile performance and notification management could also be improved.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps improve employee engagement, recognition, and workplace culture by providing a centralized platform for acknowledging employee contributions. It encourages peer-to-peer and manager recognition, helping teams feel valued and motivated. This has increased visibility of employee achievements, strengthened team morale, and supported a positive work environment.

  ### 29. Effortless Setup and Great Motivation Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srianka H. | Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I mostly use Achievers to redeem gift cards and give shoutouts, which helps keep everyone motivated. I love that I get gift cards at a discounted price and appreciate the wide range of gift cards available. If I need any type of gift card for particular brands, mostly all are there. The initial setup was butter smooth, just log in and done.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

I would like to suggest introducing recharge and cash options. It would be great if the points we receive could be exchanged for real cash or mobile recharge.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Achievers to redeem gift cards and give shoutouts to colleagues. It keeps everyone motivated and offers gift cards at a discounted price.

  ### 30. Reliable platform for goal tracking and workplace transparency.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sayed Majeed A. | Senior contact centre attendant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It does a great job of aligning individual goals with the company’s broader objectives. The 1-on-1 meeting templates are a huge time-saver and help ensure that conversations with managers stay focused and productive rather than just checking boxes.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Sometimes the platform feels a bit slow when loading large datasets or team analytics. I’d also appreciate more customization options for the dashboard so I can hide features that our specific team doesn't use frequently.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps eliminate the confusion that often comes with manual goal tracking and vague performance expectations. By having everything documented in a single platform, I have a clear roadmap for success. It benefits me by creating a more transparent work environment and keeping me motivated through regular peer recognition.

  ### 31. I just want the gift card

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like using the Achievers platform because it makes recognition timely, visible, and meaningful. It’s easy to acknowledge teammates’ contributions, reinforces positive behaviors, and helps build a culture where good work doesn’t go unnoticed.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

While I appreciate the intent behind Achievers, I find that the platform doesn’t always feel as engaging or impactful as it could. Some users have noted that recognition can feel repetitive or transactional, and the reward options and user experience don’t always motivate regular use. Overall, it sometimes feels more like a checkbox activity than a meaningful part of day‑to‑day work culture.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the challenge of making recognition more consistent and visible across teams. By providing an easy way to acknowledge contributions, it reinforces positive behaviors and helps people feel seen for their work. For me, it benefits day‑to‑day engagement by encouraging peer recognition and supporting a culture where appreciation is more intentional rather than overlooked.

  ### 32. A great idea

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

since the change of employees working less in the office and more remotely this recognition page is great. we don't get the chance to say thank you to a colleagues face these days so using the Recognition page is a great way to say thank you. the fact that their manager can also see it and 'boost' if necessary makes it even more important because staff who deserve the thanks can be clearly seen my management level.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

i find it very easy to use so have no dislikes.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it's helping to say thank you in a world where we see and interact with our colleagues less.

  ### 33. Great experience - makes recognizing peers a breeze!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

The platform is easy to navigate and provides a quick way to recognize peers that go above and beyond. The streamlined options - kind of like a wizard - make it simple to highlight the good work of one or multiple people. Spending points is also simple and the options to select from are great.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

I'd love to be able to get points to give out more frequently. I totally understand wanting to enforce limits to make sure the feedback is valuable and not being abused, but sometimes when there are groups of people it means having to reduce the points given or leave people out.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that it's a nice, internally public way to make sure people see the good work others are doing. So many times people get siloed, so being able to highlight the positive things others do - and to be able to boost them - is a fun way to engage with others.

  ### 34. Love it

  ### 35. Effortless Recognition Made Easy for New Hires

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah O. | Associate QA Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers offers an easy and effective way to acknowledge coworkers who exceed expectations, as well as those who lend a hand even outside their own teams or departments. As a recent hire, I found the platform intuitive and simple to get started with, and was a fun way to engage with employees while also acknowledging the help they were giving me.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Although this concern is more about the organization than the program itself, I’ve observed that the program is not frequently used to acknowledge people for their accomplishments. Furthermore, I’m not particularly fond of the fact that gift cards are offered only in virtual format. It would be beneficial if there were physical gift card options that could be mailed directly to recipients’ homes. It also takes far too long for rewards to be received.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps employees who might otherwise go unnoticed realize that they are valuable assets to their teams.

  ### 36. Easy, Engaging Colleague Recognition with Great Gift Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It is very easy to write recognitions for colleagues, notify leadership and others, and also review recognition being exchanged throughout the company. I also appreciate the variety of gifts we can choose to spend our points on.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Sometimes it can be hard to remember where to find your history of recognitions given or received. Since the platform updated, I have to pause for a few moments and explore to find the history. Also, I am not a fan of having to have to spend more points on certain $ amount e-gift cards depending on the company.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition. It is an easy way of shouting out teammates or colleagues throughout the company and it is very visible if reviewed. It is a great forum to express gratitude.

  ### 37. Achievers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It makes recognising colleagues fast, easy and meaningful. What I like most about the Achievers app is how easy it makes recognition. It allows me to acknowledge great work instantly, from anywhere, and it directly reinforces our Centrica values. Because recognition is visible and shared across teams, it strengthens connection and engagement, especially in a field environment where people don’t always see each other’s daily efforts. I also really like the points based aspect as this gives colleagues a meaningful reward for living our values and delivering a great service.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

A downside is that some colleagues use Achievers for very routine, low impact moments. Instead of meaningful recognition for strong behaviours linked to our values (Care, Delivery, Collaboration, Agility and Courage), it can sometimes be used almost as a “thank you” button, which waters down the value of genuine recognition. High volume can overshadow high quality recognition because the app is so easy to use, some people send recognition frequently but without much depth or context. This can lead to important achievements being lost in the volume of lighter, less considered messages, which reduces the perceived impact of the platform.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Historically, recognition could be patchy, inconsistent or dependent on whether a manager remembered.
Achievers gives everyone. field teams, managers, support staff a simple, standardised way to recognise colleagues in real time. This addresses the lack of visibility and regularity across a large, distributed organisation like ours. I see recognition more regularly, I receive it from a wider range of colleagues, and I can give meaningful recognition instantly, even while on the move. It solves the visibility gap in field based environments as field Operatives often work remotely, independently or in different areas/regions. Achievers brings visibility to great work that would otherwise go unnoticed. I gain insight into the brilliant work happening across my area/region/nationally, not just in my immediate team. It creates connection and a sense of shared achievement.

  ### 38. Nice way to recognize others!

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like that Achievers makes employee recognition more visible and consistent across teams. The platform is easy to use, encourages positive feedback, and helps employees feel appreciated for their work. I also like the rewards system and how it promotes engagement and morale within the company.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

One downside is that the platform can sometimes feel repetitive, and recognition may become less meaningful if it is overused or generic. The rewards catalog could also offer more variety and better value in some areas. Occasionally, notifications and emails can feel excessive.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Central location to recognize the great work of other employees.

  ### 39. My experience using achievers

The social-style recognition feed keeps everyone connected, and the ability to reward meaningful contributions has genuinely boosted morale and engagement.
The analytics and insights are especially valuable — they help me spot trends, understand what’s driving performance, and ensure that recognition is consistent and aligned with our goals. Achievers has strengthened our culture and made recognition a natural part of our everyday workflow. I’d highly recommend it to any leader looking to build a more engaged, motivated, and high-performing team.”

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Nothing, “I genuinely don’t have any dislikes about Achievers. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and consistently delivers exactly what I need as a manager. **What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers has provided a meaningful solution for my team by making recognition easy, consistent, and engaging. The platform’s real‑time recognition and simple user experience have helped strengthen connection, boost motivation, and reinforce the behaviours that drive our results.”

  ### 40. Bring a spark of encouragement with rewards!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers allow you to praise and recognize your employees for their hard work and dedication in the field. It is easy to choose whatever level of points you want to give and send them directly out. Even if you are not delivering spark points, you can post recognition on the live feed for all to see.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

When I first starting to use Achievers, it was difficult to figure out how to navigate the site and where to find everything. The tutorial wasn't easy to follow either, but with a little time, I was able to figure it out and now I use it almost every day.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rather than sending several emails out to my team, Achievers provides a singular platform for everyone to check in. There is also a running archive to scroll back through in case anyone was out and missed a post.

  ### 41. Very good

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Warehousing

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like best about Achievers is how it makes recognition easy, visible, and meaningful. It encourages people to appreciate each other’s efforts in real time and helps good work feel valued, not just noticed. The platform is simple to use, inclusive for everyone, and it supports a positive culture where achievements—big or small—are celebrated.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Rewards can feel limited or slow – sometimes it takes a while to save up enough points for something worthwhile, or the reward options don’t always match everyone’s preferences.
Recognition can be uneven – some teams or individuals use it more than others, so not everyone gets recognised equally.
Less impact when overused – when recognitions become very frequent or generic, they can feel less meaningful.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers is solving a few key workplace problems, and that benefits me in practical ways:

Lack of recognition – It helps ensure good work doesn’t go unnoticed. Being recognised motivates me and makes my effort feel valued.
Low engagement or morale – Regular recognition and rewards encourage a more positive mindset at work and help maintain motivation, especially during busy or demanding periods.
Disconnect between teams – It makes appreciation visible across the business, helping me feel more connected to colleagues and the wider organisation.

  ### 42. Effortless Recognition, Boosts Morale

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav G.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I use Achievers to thank colleagues who support me across engagements, and I find it incredibly useful for recognizing colleagues and celebrating everyday contributions that often go unnoticed. I appreciate that Achievers solves the problem of delayed or missed appreciation by providing a simple, quick, and consistent way to acknowledge team members in real-time. What I like most is how easy it makes recognizing colleagues and creating a positive space where appreciation is encouraged. The peer-to-peer recognition system is the feature I value most, as it makes acknowledging colleagues instantly very easy. I also enjoy the recognition feed because it creates visibility across teams and fosters a positive, appreciative culture. The points-based rewards add a nice layer of meaning to each recognition. I find the initial setup very easy, with everything well-configured, allowing me to use the platform immediately. Achievers genuinely helps strengthen collaboration and morale.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Overall the platform works well, but there are a few small areas that could improve the experience. The search and filtering features for past recognitions could be more robust, making it easier to find older messages. At times the interface can feel slightly slow or busy, so smoother performance and more intuitive navigation would make recognition even quicker and easier.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Achievers to thank colleagues and it solves the issue of unnoticed contributions by providing a quick way to recognize team members, strengthening teamwork, boosting morale, and encouraging positive behaviors.

I believe appreciation is incredibly important — even small gestures can make a big difference to someone’s day. **Reviewed by:** Fatima K. | Head of Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like Recognize because it makes appreciation effortless and meaningful. The platform’s intuitive design allows employees to give and receive recognition instantly, boosting morale and fostering a positive culture. Users value its peer-to-peer recognition, customizable badges, and the ability to earn points redeemable for rewards like gift cards and experiences. The social feed and integration with tools like Microsoft Teams makes recognition visible and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Limited reward options and low point values, making it hard to redeem meaningful rewards. Sometimes the navigation and search features are frustrating, lack of engagement features, points expiring too quickly and restricted badge variety, which can limit recognition flexibility

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addresses a common workplace challenge: lack of timely and meaningful employee appreciation. It solves the problem of low engagement and disconnected teams by making recognition easy, visible, and rewarding. The benefit? Stronger morale, improved collaboration, and a culture of productivity.

The social nature of the recognition - visible, shareable and inclusive - fosters connectivity across teams and levels, helping colleagues feel seen, valued and connected to something bigger than their immediate role.

  ### 46. Encouraging Rewards That Boost Employee Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tariel (Tato) B. | Lead Developer, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It allows the employees to support each other and encourage them to perform better after they get the rewards. Personally, I feel very encouraged and please when I get them.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The store has very limited items and the ones it has are very expensive. It'd be much better if Achievers was directly connected to various retail platforms.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a very fast solution for allowing the users to encourage each other to do better work and recognize them. With AI, it has also become possible to encourage the employees directly through teams after it's noticed that something great was done by someone.

  ### 47. Quick, Easy Employee Recognition with Social and Points-Based Praise

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It’s a great way to acknowledge employees through both social and points-based recognition. It also does a good job suggesting recognitions to comment on and boost, which helps keep engagement going. Searching for people to recognize is quick and straightforward, and completing the actual recognition is just as easy, so it fits naturally into daily use. It’s also integrated with our Microsoft 365 Single Sign On, which makes logging in simple.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

It can take a lot of clicks to figure out how many points you have left to award, which leads to a lot of swivel-chairing and switching between screens. There’s also limited flexibility around the minimum points you can award when you want to recognize a lot of people at once, so you may end up needing to request more points and not realize it until you’re pretty far into the process. In addition, people based in different countries have different point conversions from US-based points, and that isn’t fully clear. Overall it’s a good platform, but at times you have to start over or go back and revisit steps in the process.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us address the employee engagement and recognition gaps we had before using Achievers.

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like best about Achievers is how easy it makes it to recognise people instantly. It creates a really positive atmosphere, encourages genuine appreciation, and helps everyone feel valued for the work they do

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The thing I dislike about Achievers is that it can feel a bit repetitive at times, and the platform can get quite busy, which makes meaningful recognition harder to spot. Sometimes it feels more like a task than genuine appreciation

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the problem of recognition being missed or forgotten in a busy working environment. It gives a simple, structured way to appreciate people instantly, which means good work doesn’t go unnoticed. For me, it helps create a more positive atmosphere, boosts team morale, and makes it easier to recognise colleagues for the small things they do every day that make a big difference

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

The platform creates such a positive atmosphere by making it simple to celebrate colleagues for their hard work, support, and everyday wins. I love how quick it is to send a shoutout, and the feed lets you see all the great things happening across the team.
It genuinely boosts morale, strengthens connections, and encourages a culture where appreciation becomes a natural part of the day. Achievers makes recognition meaningful, fun, and something everyone can be part of and that’s what I appreciate most.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Sometimes it also feels like rewards or redemptions could be expanded with more options to choose from.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me personally, it’s made recognition more visible, more accessible, and more frequent. I feel more connected to the wider team and more appreciated for the work I do.

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like best about Achievers is how easy it makes recognising and celebrating people’s efforts. The platform encourages a positive workplace culture by allowing quick, meaningful recognition that feels personal and timely. It also promotes engagement by giving everyone a voice, boosting motivation, and helping teams feel more connected. Overall, Achievers stands out for making appreciation simple, consistent, and impactful.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Too many notifications: Frequent emails or alerts can feel overwhelming if not customised.
Points can feel limited or unclear: Sometimes it’s hard to understand how points translate into rewards or how long it takes to earn meaningful value.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the problem of low engagement and inconsistent recognition in the workplace. It creates a structured, easy way for people to appreciate each other, which makes recognition more frequent, visible, and meaningful.
