Achievers provides a variety of campaigns and modules to promote utilization of the platform. They provide the content and graphics that are needed to promote these so it makes it easy to use and implement quickly. There Achievers Success Community is easy to use and search for different topics and ideas. They really take the guesswork on how to make using the platform a success. We did migrate to AEXP and some of the seach functions and newsfeed settings have changed and make it difficult to see all the recognitions in the platform. That might not matter for some organizations, but we like seeing all the recognitions as a whole as opposed to people that we follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How easy it is to recognise our people. Although it did take some time to implement, we received amazing support from the whole team. We conduct bi-weekly meetings with our customer support manager, and this is really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
