Glofox are quick and responsive with customer service, which i think stands out the most. They have spent the time to establish a great relationship, with a customer success manager assigned to us to help us along our journey for a win-win success model....
Glofox has the worst customer service and they do not attend to their client's needs. They should fix their issues before selling their software.
Makes keeping track of payments and reminders easy.
The ridiculously slow system that seems to progressively be getting worse. Lack of options for automated/scheduled communications (email mainly). Email customization is not user friendly.
