I like the simplicity of booking appointments. It is extremely easy to navigate and easy to train on. The marketing tools are wonderful as well, such as email confirmations and the accessibility with its integration with mail chimp for our newsletters....
99% of MindBody was the worst, most awful experience. They will not talk to you on the phone after you are "sold" the product. Wait times are over 4 hours and if it doesn't land during their open hours, then you don't get a call back and get to try again...
