Offer support for multiple transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, or REST APIs to ensure interoperability across systems
Enable automation of file transfers through scheduling, event triggers, or workflow definitions
Provide real-time monitoring capabilities, including dashboards, transfer status updates, and alerts for failures or anomalies
Maintain detailed audit logs and immutable logging of file transfer activities to support compliance and forensic analysis
Integrate with enterprise security infrastructure by supporting authentication and access control through one or more methods such as single sign-on (SSO), active directory (AD), lightweight directory access protocol (LDAP), system for cross-domain identity management (SCIM), or other identity providers
Help customers meet compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX) through built-in security controls, encryption policies, and access governance
Provide user-friendly interfaces for both end users and administrators, allowing self-service access and centralized management
Include features that ensure transfer resilience and continuity, such as high availability of the file transfer service and automatic retries of failed file transfers
