What is Titan MFT Server?

Titan MFT Server is a Managed File Transfer solution that was built with security top of mind. With complex password policies, 2-factor authentication, events to thwart hacking attempts, and support for the latest NSA encryption standards, Titan MFT security does more than "tick the box" on the marketing sheet. Easily meet PCI, FIPS-140.2 and HIPAA compliance requirements and add the DMZ reverse proxy to reduce the risk of network breach. With productivity-enhancing file sharing capabilities, Titan MFT enables secure file sharing through password protected links that offer customizable access levels, and an easy DropZone to facilitate receiving large files from external users. Events automation can ensure that files are AV scanned upon receipt. Titan MFT offers virtually unlimited scalability, with a clustering architecture that eliminates the need for duplicating and syncing files amongst servers. Server clusters can be configured as active-active or active-passive, and can be clustered across geographic locations to enhance DR policies. Clustering on-site and cloud Titan MFT Servers is also supported. Available as a budget friendly monthly subscription in Azure, AWS and Google marketplaces, or as a one-time license purchase, Titan MFT gives you the most flexibility for both budget and implementation preferences.

The upgrades provide secure ciphers and they are released yearly at least. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is not quite as intuitive as I would like. There are manual steps needed to implement with our multiple clients regarding the permission application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Titan MFT Server?

I like the broad range of functionality and logging. It seems to have everything you need to allow clients a wide range of options for uploading and downloading files securely. I also like the fact that it is a packaged product available in the Azure marketplace and is geared toward helping an organization with HIPAA needs. It has been a great solution for us. Overall I am very pleased with the product - it's a well thought-out and well-designed system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Titan MFT Server?

I really like the Web user interface for the users. It provides a very easy mechanism for them to upload/download files. The Web interface is customizable with our company logo.

Very important to us is the ability to create multiple "Tenants" each with its own login group. That way, we can segregate different groups of clients AND employees.

LDAP capability for setting up the employee side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan MFT Server?

the Admin interface is a little hard to use, but I'm very much looking forward to the significant improvements in this interface in the next major release coming out in 2020. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Titan MFT Server solving and how is that benefiting you?

Secure client access with a web-based interface that is easy for them to use. We have received comments from our clients that they really like using Cornerstone MFT. And, actually, our employees like it, too!

Separate client URLs for different groups of clients -- this is an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT BENEFIT for us.

We used to use open source (Filezilla) FTP Server and client. These products are OLD and the interfaces are not what clients are used to using today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
