**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

I was really impressed by how easily all the accounts connected to the platform. The customer support was really helpful in navigating a new tool, very responsive, and helpful with best practices. I really like how the dashboard looks overall. Being able to see all the platforms' comments and messages in one place is helpful to not have to jump back and forth from platform to platform in order to respond and engage on posts properly. It saves a lot of time and is way more efficient. The DM automations are super cool as well. Being able to perform everything under one platform is imperative to my time. And so far, I have had no issues with lagging or not getting messages; it stays on top of everything new, coming and going. Overall, it's a well-rounded platform with thoughtful features, excellent support, and pricing that makes advanced social media management so much more accessible.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

I am a very small agency and only have myself and a couple of web contractors for website projects, so I handle all my social myself. If I had 2-3 people under me, I would justify the price, but for just one person, I am a little curious about how the ROI will be.

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly just great t o be in multiple places at once and not have to jump from platform to platform for engagement and reputation management.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

Beyond the pricing and the support, using the actual product day to day has been pretty painless. The interface is clean, our team figured it out fast without needing a ton of training, which matters a lot when you're bouncing between several client accounts all day. It plays nice with tools we already use, like Canva, so we're not adding extra steps just to get content ready. We haven't had any downtime or lag issues either, even with multiple client profiles running at once. The AI caption suggestions are a nice touch too, saves us a few minutes here and there without feeling like a gimmick.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

Honestly there isn't much to complain about. If we had to pick something, it would be that there's enough packed into the platform that it took a little time at the start to find where everything lived, especially jumping between different client accounts. Nothing that slowed us down for long, just a small adjustment period getting fully comfortable with it.

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Vista Social, we were managing multiple client accounts across scattered tools and manual processes, which made it easy for things to slip, a missed caption, a wrong posting time, a client waiting too long for approval. Vista Social pulled all of that into one place. Now we schedule, get client sign off, and report back to clients without jumping between five different apps. It has cut down on the back and forth internally and made it a lot easier to scale up how many clients we take on without adding a ton of extra admin work.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

One platform that is able to not only manage multiple social media channels but also assign and organize tasks that need follow ups to other people in your team. I love how integrated it is and makes sure to give you reminders on email as well for every important action you do like scheduling a post, creating or assigning a task.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

No big call out since I really like how integrated the platform is, a minimal thing is just the way the inbox can open a new tab to meta business suite when I copy paste a message since it's very responsive.

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automations and social listening tool are very good and updated, these are usually third party apps or they come at a very high price point if you want to get these features but with Vista Social it is already integrated along with monitoring inbox, scheduling content and assigning tasks. It is able to benefit me as I don't have to do double work.  I can create strong posts that can get more engagement through automations since I don't have to think of manually replying to every comment or sending them a message on the inbox.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

It’s very easy to sign up & get all your social media accounts linked up to have everything in the one app instead of flicking through each one individually. Saves a lot of time going through your account/apps individually.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

It does take a little time to understand what feature is what but I would say you wouldn’t have to be tech savvy at all to use the app it is beginner friendly once you figure out what is what.

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the issue of jumping between apps to get into my DM/messages so a lot of time will be saved by being able to see them all at once. Great to be able to send automated messages and also the option to schedule posts instead of having to post in live time is great especially on business accounts that need I need to be posting to regularly.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

What I liked best was being able to manage multiple social media accounts from one dashboard. Connecting Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn was straightforward, and scheduling content was easy to set up. I also liked the calendar view, unified inbox, and reporting tools because they keep everything organized in one place.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

I only spent a short time using the platform, so I didnot get the chance to explore every feature in depth. Some of the more advanced tools may take a little time to learn for new users, but the overall interface was easy to navigate.

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vista Social helps bring publishing, scheduling, reporting, and social media management into one place. Instead of switching between different platforms, I was able to connect multiple accounts and manage content from a single dashboard. This makes it easier to stay organized and saves time when handling day to day social media tasks.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

Vista Social is extremely user-friendly and simple to navigate. I was able to connect it easily to a variety of tools I use on a daily basis, such as FB, Threads, IG, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more, with just a click. Posting has been very reliable, and I haven’t run into the failures or errors I experienced with other social media tools I’ve used in the past. I’ve also been able to perform bulk actions quickly, which has significantly reduced my workload and saved me time.

I’ve found the pricing to be extremely reasonable and competitive. Many similar tools have raised their prices considerably, which can make them inaccessible to small businesses like my own. Vista Social also has a wealth of information readily available in the support section, along with tutorials on YouTube. I especially appreciate the interactive guides in the support section that walk you through each step, which is great for visual learners like me.

The automations are probably my favorite feature. I can set up auto DM responses, auto-send links, grow followers with freebies, and much more. I can either use a template from the library or create an automation from scratch. VS also has a robust catalog of tools included, more than I’ve seen on other platforms, and has been an essential part of my social media business.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

I have not come across anything to dislike.

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve needed multiple tools and subscriptions to successfully manage multiple brands for different clients. Vista Social lets me stick with just one subscription that brings all of those tools together under one roof. As a result, I no longer have to jump back and forth between platforms or pay for several different subscriptions.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

I consider that the most useful aspect of Vista Social is the ease with which it links different profiles, the interface is simple and I feel that it facilitates many things on a daily basis, for example: keeping you organized with your calendar and posts. On the other hand, it is an efficient tool, as the speed with which it executes what you need is impressive. At the same time, I think you can get a proper return on investment, as it is completely worth the price to pay. Regarding support, they are very quick to solve any problem, such was my case where I had doubts about automations since I didn't know how to use them completely, so they helped me resolve my doubt and I was able to use the AI tools properly. Overall, it is a very complete tool and I dare to say that it is by far the best tool, in my case I am using it to organize my workflow and sales of my business's social networks, therefore Vista Social makes everything lighter and easier to manage, it saves me hours of work and is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

Honestly, there is nothing I could express with negativity. The only thing I can say that I didn't like as much is that since it has so many functions, some of them you don't know how to use correctly. I think it would be good to add some tutorial or text hints to better and correctly use all its functions.

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before trying Vista Social, I had problems with disorganization, especially because I had to check my social media profiles individually, which often left me confused and took a lot of time. Now with this tool, it's evident how easy everything is, as I have everything in one place, so to speak, saving me time and above all the stress caused by having everything separated and disorganized.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

I was most impressed by the unified inbox. I manage clients' social media accounts, and switching between Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn used to be time - consuming. Having everything in one place, messages, comments, mentions, really simplifies my day-to-day work. Post scheduling is convenient and easy, without any unnecessary steps. I also tried the automated direct messages feature, which I didn't expect to be useful, but it's actually quite useful for small businesses that can't respond immediately. Setup was quick, and the profiles connected seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

The reporting section could use some work, it gives you the basics but if you want more detailed breakdowns you hit a wall pretty fast. Also some features like geo targeting are locked behind higher plans which is a bit frustrating when you're just testing things out. The mobile experience feels a bit clunky compared to the desktop version. Nothing that's a dealbreaker but there's room to improve.

Before I was switching between different platforms to manage client accounts, logging in and out, missing comments, losing track of messages. Vista Social puts everything in one dashboard which cuts down the time I spend on admin stuff. For a freelancer managing multiple clients it's actually useful to have scheduling, inbox and basic analytics all in one place without paying for three separate tools.

What I like most about Vista Social is how it centralizes social media management into one organized, efficient platform. The interface is generally easy to navigate, and the unified inbox makes it straightforward to manage multiple channels in one place. I also appreciate the real-time monitoring for comments and messages, plus the team collaboration tools and approval workflows that help keep everything aligned and coordinated. The DM automation features are useful, and the advanced scheduling and content planning options make it easier to stay consistent over time. What I dislike about Vista Social is that some of the more advanced features can take a while to fully learn and set up, especially for larger teams or more complex workflows. Although the platform is feature-rich, the interface can sometimes feel a bit crowded when I’m trying to handle quick, simple tasks. I also think the reporting section would benefit from a more streamlined summary view, so it’s easier to do fast performance checks. Pricing can get more expensive as you add additional team members, which may be tough for growing teams that need to manage multiple users.

Vista Social solves the challenge of managing multiple social media platforms and workflows, which can otherwise feel fragmented and time-consuming, by centralizing everything into one system.

It reduces the need to constantly switch between different social media tools and platforms, and it streamlines content scheduling and publishing across multiple accounts. It also improves team coordination through collaboration and approval workflows, helping everyone stay aligned.

Engagement is easier to manage because comments, messages, and mentions are centralized in a single inbox. It saves time with DM automation and quick-response features, and it supports real-time monitoring of audience engagement and overall brand activity.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

Over the past 2 years, Vista Social has improved their features. Today, I specially love using the DM automation feature and the listening feaure because it has improved my workflow by miles. Not only did it make my work easier as a social media manager but it also improved the turnaround of my client's businesses. Vista Social has been my secret weapon over the years and I am grateful for such a tool. 

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

They are always improving and updating, as of today, I don't have any suggestions for improvement because I am already happy with it. The current interface is what works best for me already. 

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to handle everything related to social media management with Vista Social. I have easy access to captions and copy that are enticing to possible consumers of the brands I work with. I also have a more flexible time for work-life balance as their scheduling feature is great help for my work. I also love the analytics, numbers, and predictions provided for the accounts connected to my Vista Social. Once I discovered Vista Social, my social media manager life just became a whole lot better.
