The software is well thought out, with usability in mind. Whenever there is something that I need help with, it's easy and quick to get hold of the friendly team who are always on-hand to help and genuinely make you feel like your ideas are being heard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the client portal had been better thought out (for clients viewing the social media posts) as there's things about it that could be improved. Customers tend to not be very technical so the layout needs to be as simple as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you're managing multiple social media accounts and need an efficient way to schedule content in bulk, SocialPilot is an excellent choice. Social Pilot allows me to utilize automation to ensure consistent content posting. On top of this the dashboard provides a nice single pane of glass to see what I will be posting this month with the capability to edit and schedule mroe posts. Basically 4 hours of work allows me to keep constant communication for an entire month whihc has proven invaluable for us as a business who does not imploy internal marketing. I would liek to be able to add certain features on mass to all posts but this requires me to do it on each one individually at the moment so having a feature for certain tags or links that I can mass add would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can schedule all my client's posts in one central place. It is very cost-effective, and the API into Meta is seemless. There are no issues like with some of the other tools out there. Access via the Business Manager has no issues, whereas if you used other platforms, they require you to have access to the page as an individual, not a business. SocialPilot is a sleek and organized tool that makes it very easy for social media managers to create and edit posts for multiple social media accounts on all major platforms. I have had little to no issues when working from SocialPilot, which makes my life easier! If there are any issues, customer support is often very quick to get back to you! I use SocialPilot every day for work so I am very appreciative to have access to such an easy and neat tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've recently noticed that when a scheduled post generates an error, I don't get immediate notifications. Usually, I'm alerted a few hours after the post was supposed to go live, and sometimes I receive the notice when I'm already out of the office. This means I might not be aware of the issue until the next day. While this doesn't happen frequently, it's a big inconvenience when it does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a video production agency who offers light social media management of the content we produce, Social Pilot has been the best scheduling software that we've tested. It's easy to learn and use. Client integration works great with little issues other than the occasional disconnect of social accounts (which all software deals with). I really enioyed how social pilot creates templates for each platform you're connected to so that you don't post incorrectly to cause errors. When I have one post that I need to post to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and twitter, social pilot makes sure I'm adhering to each of those rules (character limit, maximum hashtags) so that my posts look great and I'm not breaking any rules Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Combined Reports are helpful and convenient when dealing with multiple clients. It's easy to customize the text for each platform for one post, and fast customer support is available. Our Marketing Agency uses it daily because it's easy for us to implement within each staff member. There is currently not a way to post longer tweets that are allowe with a paid account. So I'm still having to manually post to Twitter/X. There are occasions where a post or two don't post with no real reason why not. So you do need to check daily to make sure everything was posted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's the most upfront pricing of any platform, fit exactly what I need and is really affordable. Blows competition out of the water in that sense! I use it to manage around 120 different location pages for a large retailer and am able to group them by franchise group so it is super organized in that way. It was really easy to set up groups and get all my pages connected. Customer support is SO fast to respond whenever I need specific help on something. I use this platform nearly every work day. I wish I could run ads or boost posts through social pilot. This would help make it so I barely had to physically go onto the actual Meta platform and indivdual pages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
