What do you like best about Service Center by Office Ally?

I am a third party medical billing company. I use Office Ally's Service center for small practices it allows the provider a cost efficient way to submit claims with additional options as they arise, billing statements, reports, electronic remittance and patient portal, etc. It's user friendly and has lots of potential features. I use it every day for a dozen of my solo providers. The customer support is knowledgable and friendly. Getting started is easy, data entry requires some basic information to save a record. What do you dislike about Service Center by Office Ally?

If a practice is looking to personalize some of its reports, that might be a downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the result from inventory reporting can not be put in the order I like. The new interface has no where to find inventory reporting. And I don't know if there is other way for me to just change patient's date of serivce but keep the other information the same Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Center by Office Ally?

It has all the necessary options to control claims effectively. It is also easy to integrate with third-party EMR/EHR software. Additionally, it provides real-time eligibility verification, which helps us streamline our patient intake, collect patients' copayments during visits, verify patients' demographics with insurance, and resolve eligibility-related rejections promptly. Unlike some popular software, it allows me the freedom to update HCFA forms manually. The best thing about Office Ally is their excellent customer service support. I can easily schedule training sessions for my team, and they quickly assist with any problems over the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Center by Office Ally?

The real-time claim status functionality lacks complete details of the claims. I like Trizetto's claim status functionality over Office Ally Service Center's real-time claim status function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Service Center gives more freedom to manually edit HCFA forms. Furthermore, it provides valuable real-time eligibility verification support that saves us a great deal of time. What do you like best about Service Center by Office Ally?

I like the pre-fill options that save me time. Customer support was very helpful the one time I required it early on. I also appreciate the low cost, specifically as a part-time therapist. For someone who's not very tech-savvy, it's quite user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Center by Office Ally?

Since I am a one-man operation, I don't require integration with an EMR, but I could see how that could be a potential issue if my business ever grew beyond me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Service Center by Office Ally solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to submit my CMS1500 claim forms electronically to Medicare, and provides me with detailed electronic reports and EOBs. This means I don't have to mail paper forms and be concerned about how long it takes to get to Medicare, or if it got lost in the mail. It also allows me to just pay for the service when using it - there's no monthly fee, only a set fee that I get charged during months when I send in more than 10 claims, so I can bundle my claims and save money. What do you like best about Service Center by Office Ally?

I appreciate the online chat and their ability to get things done over chat. As a clinician, I don't have all afternoon to sit on the phone and wait for custome service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Center by Office Ally?

When cases are created there is limited follow up on them. When I email back looking for the status of the case, I receive no reponse. Cliams are often time sensitive and this can affect my ability to get paid. It is vital that claims issues are dealt with quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Center by Office Ally?

The ease of use of the program is fantastic. We utilize Office Ally on a daily basis, and have had little to no issues with their service. We do not utilize all of the features that it offers, but for making the billing process straight forward we have not found a better service. What do you like best about Service Center by Office Ally?

The HCFA form is the same as the paper form, this makes it easily filling out the patient's information. The free billing submission is another strength. The quick and easy customer support is really helpful when we get questions. I also like the featuers including the error reports when there is a mistake in the HCFA form, the ICD10 check up, the billing history, and the easy to use platform. What do you dislike about Service Center by Office Ally?

I don't like the new look, I prefer switching the user interface to the classic one. I don't like the rejection of the 90 day dublication of claim submission, I updated the information on the HCFA form, it was still rejected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
