What do you dislike about Mixmax?

The Polls & Surveys feature has not yet been built into the add-in for Outlook-based users or into Templates -- but I am sure it will be a fabulous addition to the product once it is enabled! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you?

My primary responsibilty as the Director of Clinical Education of a developing physician assistant program is to secure teaching agreements from medical professionals and clinical sites in the community. The process requires a series of repetitive administrative tasks to include scheduling meetings, gathering credentialing documentation, sending email attachments, requesting signatures, and answering common questions. Mixmax has helped me to automate many of these tasks through its scheduling features and optimize my ability to reach out to a greater number of prospective clinical partners more efficiently through templates. What do you like best about Mixmax?

I love the templates as I often find myself saying the same thing over and over again in email messages, the templates make responding to emails much faster, as well as allow me to be very concise in what I am saying. I also love that my team and company share templates which helps to automate processes and procedures easily. This is my first time using Mixmax at an employer, so I was very happy to know that we had this already in place instead of having to create my own templates from scratch. What do you like best about Mixmax?

The scheduling feature for sequences is a total game-changer! It keeps my email flow feeling natural while eliminating the risk of forgetting to follow up with clients. I’ve even set it up to email me a reminder if someone hasn’t responded—so smart! The Salesforce integration is a huge win too, letting me use shortcodes to effortlessly personalize each email template. What do you like best about Mixmax?

Mixmax has been an incredible game-changer for our team. Our SDRs and Sales Executives use it daily for outreach, and the results have been outstanding. The data accuracy is impressive, and as a manager, I greatly value the ability to access detailed reports and forecasts. There was a time when I was copying a sequence (which is how I streamline the process when creating a new sequence). After copying and making all the necessary refinements, I refreshed the application/tool, and it wasn’t saved, even though I’m sure I saved it. The only thing is the integration with Zoom, which I disabled, and now I keep getting emails about the account not being connected.
