The lemwarm feature warms up email domain Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Coming from a small business, lemlist was good for initially warming up my email domain, however, I would not recommend them due to an overall clunky UI and just very poor customer service.
Poor customer service - I've had several experiences with the customer service that were not ideal. The support reps I messaged took several hours to respond to me (10+ for some responses) and were never able to resolve issues, they only confirmed to me that the problems do exist. I decreased the number of subscriptions from my team and they refused to refund me for the unused subscription, which was a huge red flag to me.
Email tracking - Their email tracking is inaccurate and counts your own clicks as an "open."
Reviewing emails - There is no way to review your drafted emails after you queue them, even if you want to go back in to make an edit, nor can you even look at the email after queuing it.
UI - A lot of the features are clunky and have to be figured out on your own. I had to make a separate email address to experiment and figure out how the sending works, and I've had experiences where I fill in a variable field for a template and the sent email never fills in the blank space. Come for the product, stay for the support. Oh, and learn more than you ever imagined from their support library. Talk about a company knocking the cover off of the ball. I'm in there every single day, loving the product—not suffering through it. It also links up with tools like Zapier, which allows me to pipe custom messages to Slack and perform custom workflows that automate the busywork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Least helpful in Lemlist is that the interface offers so much it can become confusing on where to go for what sometimes... it can take several clicks to expose the right thing. Reporting is also in need of improvements; the way they measure outcomes can differ depending on what report you're looking at, so it takes a while to learn what each metric means. I also dislike that there's the (more than occasional) "Disconnected, retrying in.... X minutes X seconds" message along the bottom. No idea what causes those. Lemlist is a great packaged deal for handling outreach across channels. It has a nice combination of flexibility and built in features that save time versus combining multiple services. I also like the fact that it's agnostic to your data source so if you need to source leads someplace other than LinkedIn you can import them from anywhere then enrich the profiles. Waiting on some features in the pipeline on enriching and filtering leads for quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the fact that it is easy to understand and it helps me make sense of my outreach and contacts that I already have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Could be even more automated, but I realize I am a pro LINKEDIN user ;)
Customer support can be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was able to try the free version and was impressed by the multi-channel communication. I eventually got an expert account. Every time I needed it, whether during the free version or after, the team always responded to my messages very quickly and solved the issues encountered. The statistics allow us to effectively track our KPIs. The ease of use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The risk of having our LinkedIn account blocked.
I also find it difficult, once filters have been applied in their database, to see the selected filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting up your e-mail can be quite difficult and frustrating. I have experienced it my own and Lemlist helped me lovely with it. You just send a message in the chat, and you get a quick response from their workers. You can also book a call with them where you meet with one of their workers, where you also get helped with all of your problems and questions. Lemlist you are doing a great job and I would recommend it to every business owner that wants to grow their business using e-mail marketing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A point of interest for Lemlist is to decrease the wait time when you change something in your DNS settings. I can take up to 72 hours, what I find quite long. In addition to this, it isn't named somewhere that it can take some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use, quick support, great features and facilitating the integration of sales tool functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are frequent technical issues, particularly with their data enrichment system, which disrupt prospecting efforts. When their dev team steps in to fix it, the solution doesn’t take hours, it takes days, completely throwing off your prospecting schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
easy to use, new features added regularly, can buy verified email addresses directly, great linkedin integration, responsive support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it could be my only CRM so there would be no need to integrate it with other crm, and it would be great if it could sort contacts by company name (A-Z) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it just has everything you need as a small team - warmups, emails, linkedin integration. Great speed of shipping of new features as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the configurations are limited - I can't for example stop email tracking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
